勞德代爾海灘VRI度假酒店(Ft. Lauderdale Beach, a VRI Resort)

Se encuentra a una cuadra de la playa, en un lugar provilegiado del norte de la playa de Fort Lauderdale, con facil acceso al resto de la ciudad.

"Estamos extremamente insatisfeitos com a estadia neste pseudo Resort. Isso não deveria nem ter título de hotel, quem dirá de Resort. Reservei uma acomodação para 6 pessoas, deveriam ser 2 quartos e dois banheiros. Local é horrível e apresenta um odor desagradável por todos os lados do lugar. O quarto possui apenas um banheiro para seis pessoas, o atendimento é péssimo, e as acomodações são inadequadas e com quartos, camas, móveis e tudo o que vi velhos. Nossa experiência tem sido bastante desconfortável desde o momento em que fizemos o check-in. Este local é simplesmente terrível. Para o seu bem e o da sua viagem, passe bem longe deste estabelecimento."

Nada a reclamar, da localização aos serviços oferecidos. Os preços do hotel como café da manhã e refeições em geral valem a pena. Certamente é uma excelente opção de hotelaria pela RCI. Equipe extremamente gentil com serviços de qualidade. Nós adoramos a estadia no hotel

reservamos por RCI una habitación de 2 ambientes amplísima habitación con baño completo y toilette con cocina amplia con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios hasta lava vajillas excelente cama king size con 2 televisores una en la habitación y en la sala ,balcón amplio con excelente vista a la bahía y la ciudad (piso 14)ahí desayunábamos ,a 100 metros de la playa cerca de restaurantes (excelente pizzería) publix a 3 cuadras lo mismo que el mall gallería (esta macys apple etc)personal salvo una persona no habla español pero nos arreglamos ,estacionamiento gratis la verdad que volveremos si tenemos la oportunidad ya que nos resulto cómodo la habitación y la localización (cerca de todo)

I arrived at the hotel on December 23, 2023. My first impression was a time capsule to the year 2005, I saw a very old hotel totally different from what I expected according to the evaluations in RCI and the photos. The staff when welcoming us was very friendly and even though we arrived at the hotel early (11 am) they assigned us a room. The problems started when upon entering the room we realized that it was much smaller than what we reserved. We reserved a room for 6 people which had to have two king size beds and one queen size bed. The panorama was bleak, we only had a king bed, a queen bed and an armchair bed, both the armchair bed and the queen bed were in the common living room which was super uncomfortable since you could not have both beds operational since they did not fit in the space. The situation got worse when we realized that there was only one shower, for 6 people only one shower is terrible since a lot of time is wasted. With a completely different room than the one I paid for, I went to the main inn to seek help since we made the reservation via RCI and therefore had to communicate directly with them. Being a Saturday, you had to call the RCI emergency number which works 24/7. The hotel, despite being an active member of RCI, did not have the RCI emergency telephone number, so despite the good will of the hotel staff, it was difficult for us to contact them. The problem was resolved with RCI where they admitted their mistake and we reached an agreement but I had to keep my stay at that hotel in that room. The problems continued, in the hotel they DO NOT provide cleaning service except for one day a week and the day they were supposed to do cleaning turned out to be a failure. They only replaced the toilet paper, organized the towels and nothing else, they did not make the beds, they did not sweep, they did not mop, definitely the worst cleaning service I have ever received in a hotel. Our first night was very bad, the quality of the pillows was horrible, the mattresses buried the springs in your back, whoever slept on the chair bed the next day could not cope with the back pain since the irons of the chair bed were buried on the back but the other person who slept in the living room also suffered, since at the slightest movement of the person in the bed chair all the springs made a very loud noise, in addition to the consequences of sleeping in the living room, for example the noise of the dishwasher all night. The wifi was not bad but it was not good either, it allowed messaging but under no circumstances could you have an online conference, the room was very clean which is a very positive aspect of the hotel. I will not return to this hotel again since it is very old, all the beds are terribly uncomfortable, terrible pillows, really the quality of a "beach resort" is not perceived anywhere, it does not even have chairs on the beach. A complete disappointment, they ruined our Christmas holidays.

Not a bad resort for the price. The resort is clean and well kept. The pool is nice, but small. My biggest complaint is the bed. This might have been the worst bed I'm ever slept in at a resort. Even the bedding was old and cheap. The resort itself is in a good location, the area around it appears to be deteriorating. Building are vacant, people sleeping in the vacant doorways.

Rooms are antiquated, but clean and quiet. We stayed for 5 nights, but did not use any of the hotels facility. Perfect for our needs as our family lives next door. Was not a vacation for us. Hotel served the purpose. The walls are paper thin though. Can be noisy .

Surprisingly we were allocated a penthouse suite with lock off and sea front view as preferred which accommodated all our needs

Very convenient location close to the beach and many restaurants. Our suite was large, clean and comfortable with a balcony. Would be happy to stay here again.
