Room had unpleasant odor and not very clean. Several roaches in lobby during check in. Area around hotel not best either. The staff was helpful and very pleasant

El aire acondicionado terrible, estaba dañado y no me dejó dormir en toda la noche

This Holiday Inn is in need of a make-over, the room was clean the staff was nice with what there working with, but you can see that the whole building to parking lights leaning over and broken is in need of a re-do.

50 cent hotel but not really in downtown fort Myers. Restaurant was way understaffed although the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were quiet and couldn’t hear anything from neighbors. Pool was nice and warm. Very clean

Good location, close to Edison estate and within walking distance to downtown. Heated pool and restaurant onsite, plus plenty of parking. Rooms are somewhat plain, but clean and comfortable.

Fridge and toilet in the room were very noisy. The added breakfast was good. Service was good.

The pool was very warm and staff and property was fabulous We were disappointed that there was not a continental breakfast

Whole floor and room smelled musky. Trash cans at elevators were filthy. Door handles inside room filthy. No hangers in closet. Furniture in room was very dinged up, seemed old. Front desk staff very nice and friendly. Restaurant ok- not much on selections, but convenient.

Overall great stay. Only issue I experienced is the sheets of the bed. I'm not sure if it's the detergent used or what but it did cause some mild itching to my skin. All staff were helpful and courteous.
