An amazing king suite with a full kitchen for half of what I paid for a battered two-fulls room the night before in Tempe, AZ. And kitties in the back parking area!

Very unique charm of an atrium with old living plants, gazebo, pool with waterfall, and boardwalks. Breakfast had make your own waffles, cereal, juice, milk, muffins etc. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was nice with memory foam mattress top. Whole place was older but money is obviously going in to improve and repair. Super bargain for the price. Staff was friendly (like you expect in West Texas) and very helpful.

We love this hotel and visit every couple of months to enjoy the pool and ambiance. The staff is incredibly nice.

Bed was comfortable, people were nice, that was about it. Facilities were in serious need of updating and maintenance

I chose the atrium from reviews and pictures available. My girlfriend and I were on our long trek home after some very stressful family business. Everything indicated it was a highly rated hotel with a pool hot tub and sauna. And while the atrium and pool were both very cool, it’s winter and swimming in the pool wasn’t appealing. The hot tub and sauna were disgusting though. All this became predictable when we arrived and there was absolutely no sign or address. I saw that only one other room was occupied yet there were the effects of many guests left behind in the saunas. The hot tub was a biological hazard to even look at.

Very beautiful atrium for the price. Feels like a mini resort for the price of of a motel.

One of the coolest little hotels I've ever stayed at. Had to stay another day. The staff is great and the property is an experience in itself. I will be back.

We have stayed here before. Overall: its a really good value for the money. The staff is very kind and courteous. Johnny was especially helpful to us when we were checking in. We were surprised that they had a Tesla charger! Very convenient for our new Tesla.
