韋恩堡 Spark by Hilton 酒店(Spark by Hilton Fort Wayne)

Considering this was a brand new hotel renovation I found it ******* that both bedside tables didn't have the plug in charger station. Not only that, but the bedside without the station had no wall plug to use for a charger.

Tv didn’t work and door to bathroom didn’t latch and smelled like cigarettes. Other than that, beds were comfortable and clean room. Breakfast hardly had anything.

New hotel, hence everything is neat and tidy. The receptionist is commendable, smile on her face makes you day!

breakfast was very light. cereal and milk would be a great addition. bread to make toast not just bagel.

This is an old hotel that has been updated. It is a very basic level hotel. No coffee machines or microwaves in the rooms.

The Spark by Hilton was a nice hotel. Was a little pricey for the weekend I stayed but I would assume it was because of a basketball tournament that they hiked up their prices. I paid $175 for a one night stay but when I looked up the same room for the next weekend it was $113. That's pretty crappy but all hotels do it when they know it's a big event in town. Other then that the stay was great, the room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of available parking and it was near everything you could think of.

Very good and easy experience checking in and out. And room was clean and the tv said welcome Angel!!! Angel is my name that was cool 😂

I want to compliment the receptionist that worked Friday night. There was a problem with the computer, and she couldn't get guests checked in and the line grew and grew. She was the only one at the counter and was calling for help but was clearly overwhelmed. We all felt bad for her as she was doing everything she could. Eventually she was able to get it to work but many waited for a while and we were all tired and just wanted rooms. She knew it which added to her stress. I hope she is acknowledged and appreciated for her work!!

Sowjanya was extremely kind and professional at front desk check in. Probably the best check in we’ve ever had at any hotels!
