Hotel was great no noise room was clean Didn't smell like smoke they actually gave dove soap 🧼 so I was really amazed by that also they provided complimentary breakfast they served variety of things the food was fresh and hotel was clean also the hotel staff was nice polite made sure we enjoyed our stay The location the hotel is located really good if you have family with kids it's by the mall lots of food places so book here

Quality Inn is one of the hotels on my list to stay when traveling. Loved the safety and quietness, along with the convenient of getting to where I needed to go quickly.

Stay was okay but they never gave me back my deposit! Also the bathroom sink drained a little slowly.

Arrived and check in was a bit lengthy. The room was booked almost 3 mths ago and yet we were put on the 4th floor. The room had an order that smelled like BO. The bathroom door was all chewed up at the bottom. Sink stopper had a third of the ring missing. Just things like this did not make for a good stay.

I have no idea how this hotel has any positive reviews. I’m only giving 2 stars because the front desk staff was very friendly. Absolutely not worth paying $130 a night for even for a decent location. The hallways stink and had very dim lighting. The elevator is raggedy. The sheets are worn thin. The room curtains are dingy off white from being dirty. The shower was nasty. The shower curtain was stained and the shower curtain rod was literally about to fall off the wall. Half of the room lights didn’t work. Very small beds. I could go on but you get the point. 👎

Staff was not pleasant and hallways were filthy. Rooms were average to below average. Supposed to be a non smoking hotel… elevators smelled like cigarettes smoke. We will never stay here again.
