我通常是只看點評而不寫的遊客——而且除非給酒店員工寫郵件請求制定遊程計劃、預訂等,一般我是不會給他們寫郵件的。這是一個我入住后寫給他們的郵件複印本:(要說明的,我一直跟酒店的Pamela(客戶關係代表)有聯繫,他滿足了我遊程里期待的一切東西,對顧客的熱心,對細節的專註都是我在酒店中所見到的最好的,我住過幾百家酒店了。) 我們在Roomers的入住可以用頂呱呱來形容。我想謝謝你和所有的員工——房間超乎想象——以這樣的方式結束我們的歐洲蜜月之行真是不可思議。 我們蜜月期間住的都是最好的酒店,去過好幾個城市,到過三個國家,但是Roomers一出,無處能及。 在機動車道上開了一天車(我是一個賽車手,所以就讓我美麗的老婆Lana來享受高速駕駛的樂趣了,下次來你們這裏住的時候我們將會去Nurburgring賽道——我正在計劃這個事情。)后,去做個spa來結束一天的勞累真是完美至極。 他們的療法讓我們感覺超級爽,晚上更加特別——餐廳太好了——沒有什麼比al fresco更美味的飯菜了,員工優雅,體貼專業,用餐后只要小走幾步路就能到美麗的套房!我想不出更浪漫的情形了。 我不能用言語來形容這家酒店是多麼地棒——但是有一點可以表明,那就是我們決定以後每一次的歐洲之行都會把法蘭克福當做大本營,這樣每次至少都會在這裏住一周。 注:套房好極了。 有點暗?不是壞事吧,好像其他點評都把這點給誇大了,可能是他們不懂得怎麼使用燈控吧(自動的)——或許那些遊客調成弱光了,沒有調到100%照明狀態。 餐廳?不是很大,沒有露台,但是氣氛不錯,而且飯菜好吃服務好——特製雞尾酒真的是很好喝,侍者也會讓你明白自己點的是什麼菜,並確保你喜歡——不便宜,但是就我的經驗來說還是很值的——我們去Celeste in Prague吃的前一夜,曾在屋頂的Dancing house吃過,能看到美麗的河流和城堡——真的是太浪漫了,都是超好,難分伯仲。 Spa——正如其他人所說過的,安靜,漂亮,暖玻璃珠床非常新穎,而且流水按摩(你身上還是乾的)很有趣。雖不是我去過的最好的spa,但是從美學角度來說我們還想再來一次。像我之前說過的,我要把法蘭克福(我們是從北美坐漢莎航空公司Lufthansa頭等艙過來的)當成歐洲游的大本營。

Frankly (haha), this Marriott has me sold on all Marriotts. They let us check in early and gave us a complimentary upgrade. I thought that maybe it would be a bigger room or a higher floor, but it wasn’t JUST that - we basically ate for free during our stay in the city. The breakfast spread is to die for (a full honeycomb and carafes of apfelwein were highlights for me) and the club was accessible 24/7, so we could just pop in to grab coffee or water bottles (in sustainable cardboard packaging, actually) to go. The evening happy hour is the happiest of hours: basically a full dinner buffet that changes from one day to the next. Seriously, instead of going out on the town, my brother and I just sat in front of the fireplace in the lounge, drinking regional beers, wines, and mimosas (alongside a delectable sticky bread pudding with vanilla bean sauce). Seriously, I could go on about this place. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, full range of quality toiletries - much better than what I’m used to in large European cities. I will stay here every time I return to Frankfurt.

We've spend 2 nights (non-consecutives) and it was a medium experience, considering that we reserved an ”superior room”. The rooms size, and the bed confort was as esxpected for a Ibis (enough to have a good sleep). Although we're not in summer yet, the AC was not working (so, in some moments it was a bit hot in the room). There was some parts of the carpet, specially near the bathroom door, that has a stain of some product (hope a clean product), but what give an aspect of not clean. On the other hand, all the staff was very supportive, and make us feel very welcome. We took the breakfast too and it was a good variety and quality. Hats off for the waffle machine :) The location was very nice to, just a 15 min by car from airport and a couple of minutes from the historic centre. If you are using the parking lot considering that the parking spots are very tight and there is no elevator from parking lot, so you must carry all the luggage through the stairs up to the lobby.

房間就那樣，有開水壺好評，位置離市區和機場都10來分鐘，自駕的話不錯的選擇，就是沒有自己的車場，車衹能停路邊。樓下就有兩家餐廳，一家中餐，叫小上海，貓頭鷹上評價不錯，其實也就一般，旁邊一家印度餐廳，極度不推薦，點餐後一小時內能上餐很不錯了，很傳統的印度餐風格。周邊1km裏內有dm，rossman，去超市還是挺方便的。

傳説中的火車站附近很亂，有很多無家可歸的人，住了一晚，衹能説沒有看見，偶爾有一個婦女過來要和我換錢，瞪了她一眼，於是她發現我是個不好惹的，就灰溜溜的走了。酒店整體感覺非常乾淨，電梯和門的機械部分可謂做工精良，離歐元標誌和步行街也還算很近，關鍵是就在火車站邊上，即使碰到下暴雨也不用打雨傘，過一個很窄的馬路五六米寬直接就等於進站了。很方便。早餐超級豐富，除了沒有蔬菜沙拉，約等於啥都有了。你如果每個品種嘗一下，拍照打卡會拍出十張看上去是早餐的照片。寄存行李很講究，會給你行李條，取一點小物品的時候工作人員不讓進行李房的，顯得嚴謹，讓人放心。房間還贈送了一瓶飲用水，看上去格外高檔，可以理解為比那些世界知名品牌高級三倍吧。反正京東和天貓搜圖是沒搜到。還有，早餐到十一點，顯得酒店很大方，您十點半起床？沒問題，儘管來吃。哈哈哈

We stayed two nights at this hotel. We arrived early from our US flight and the staff was able to get us a room immediately, even though it was a few hours before check-in time. We really appreciated this, since we were all tired after the long flight and had two tired kids in our party. Their breakfast is really good and well stocked and clean. We enjoyed it on both mornings. This hotel is some ways from the airport and it is around 40 Euros one way in a cab or Uber. Romer (city center) is around 10-15 minutes from here (around 12 Euros in Uber). We were able to experience Frankfurt's wonderful Christmas market on 2 days conveniently from this hotel. The best part about this hotel was the staff. They were really welcoming, helpful, professional and took pride in their jobs. Every interaction with the front desk was awesome and the lady who manages the breakfast area was working very hard to keep the area clean and the food well stocked. Kudos to the staff of this hotel! We did notice two small issues with this hotel. One issue is that there's no restaurants or groceries nearby. It seems like an industrial area. To mitigate this, the hotel does have Pizza available in the evenings. The second issue was that the rooms were too warm. Since AC is not on during winters, the only option to make the room temperature more acceptable was to open the windows, which made the room noisy because of cars driving fast in the street nearby. The blankets provided were more like comforters and so we couldn't use them at all. The hotel should find a way to fix this issue. In all, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely consider it, if we plan to spend time closer to the city center.

L'hotel è accogliente e il personale molto gentile. La camera era spaziosa e abbastanza pulita. Ha una bella terrazza interna per poter bere drink in tranquillità. Ha però delle pecche che purtroppo mi fa dare solo tre stelle. Il minibar: presente il frigo, i bicchieri, il listino prezzi, il cavatappi ma nulla nel frigo. Un 4 stelle deve dare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua come cortesia come succede in diversi hotel. Ha però il necessario per farsi il caffè o il tè. Il bagno, precisamente la doccia, presenta parecchio calcare non tolto. Si può fare di meglio. Per il resto, il soggiorno è andato bene

A hotel whose name refers to the Orient promises a certain degree of exoticism. And that's what guests get - but in the most unpleasant way imaginable. It starts with the fact that the address in Baseler Str. is not correct at all; one has to go around the block and, after a walk through an aesthetically expandable area with lively ”street people” of the dubious kind, arrives in Karlsruher Strasse, where the hotel is actually located. We arrived around 8 p.m. and were greeted with the information that we had not left any credit card details when booking, which is - since 6 p.m. had passed – why we had no claim to the hotel room. As a gesture of ”goodwill”, we would nevertheless be provided with a place to stay. I immediately looked through the travel documents and found, clearly marked, the confirmation of what I knew anyway: ”Credit card deposited as a guarantee”. That irritated the hotel employee little, who seemed a little bit batty anyway. Our room was in a rather gloomy dungeon, the door of which could hardly be opened and which was extremely crooked and blessed with a single window, that was located in the farthest corner. It did not lead out to the outside world, as one might naively assume, but into an intermediate space that was the passage to the fire escape – and which, as we noticed at night, was used by other guests for their cigarette breaks. Even if the window - which was thus not the case - had offered fresh air (but it didn’t), it would have been impossible to think of opening it without worrying about one's belongings, to which any nocturnal smoker would have had effortless access. In the bathroom, on the sideboard with the sink, were (at least) three small animals, perhaps cockroaches or woodlice, happily going about their daily routine. They allowed themselves to be photographed without resistance. At least, the promised and co-paid flat screen TV was present; what was unfortunately missing was a signal. Same for the WiFi. So we called the reception desk, which was supposed to be manned around the clock – and where no one picked up. The other day at the reception a staff member explained that the TV would ”of course” be repaired during the day - we were even lucky, she said, because the janitor was just on site. When we returned in the evening, another gentleman at the reception explained straightforwardly that the TV had not been repaired and would not be repaired. For compensation he offered us a ”free drink”, i.e. a bottle with 0.5 liters of water, which he would have otherwise sold for 2€. We returned - without water bottle, but with new impressions - back to the room to find an unmade bed and the used coffee cups from the morning, which no one, not even the cockroaches had taken care of. It might also be worth mentioning that the elevator only goes to intermediate floors.
