交通比較方便，房間清潔，服務熱情。用於咖啡的咖啡奶應放上四小合，最好能在衞生間放上洗髮液。

房間衞生條件可以，房間外設施也不錯，很幽靜。

Location and facilities are good. The problem was with the personnel! They are Understaffed - at 11 am, the check out time there was only one guy working at the front desk! I had to wait 40 minutes to figure out some stuff with my reservation! They are Unprepared - I got charged twice because the lady who checked me in didn’t knew that ******* will pay the hotel - so I had to pay when on *******, and at the front desk! They are Unprofessional - when I did the check out, the guy ignored me for 20 minutes!

This is my first time here . The two young ladies served us on June 4 afternoon are very friendly and helpful. We have tried the lobby’s restaurant around 9:15 pm, the waiter served us is very polite and friendly too ! The pizza is yummy. The room is big enough and clean . I like this hotel ! Thanks for the staffs here !

Hotell är ok. Men personalen i frukosten är otroligt otrevlig. Och frukosten överlag konstant utplockat. Alldeles för mycket gäster i förhållande till mängd mat. Det finns bättre hotell i Frankfurt för samma pengar.

Modern eingerichtetes Hotel mit allem, was man erwartet. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Tiefgarage (gegen Bezahlung). Saubere und ausreichend große Zimmer. Gut von der Autobahn zu erreichen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a wide variety of choice for breakfast and the Bircher muesli was excellent! This is our second stay here and it will always be our go-to hotel in Frankfurt.

Das Hotel eignet sich gut als Tagungshotel o.ä.. Perfekt gelegen zum US-Konsulat.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Frühstücksauswahl. Mein Zimmer war zu Strassenseite, daher etwas laut.
