公平公寓酒店(Fair Apartments)

Be wary of this provider! Me and a friend booked four nights through ***********. Our arrival was after 20.00 due to a delayed flight - the company marked us as a no show and due to the contract via booking kept the 4 nights money. We tried to contact the company the next day to check in - as we had already paid for the 4 nights, no reply from them and no return of any money. I travel often and have never had such an issue, as can be seen on Tripadvisor previous guests have had various issues with this provider. If possible avoid!

It's an apar**ent in front of the station, very well placed. The building is in very poor condition and smelly, dirty carpet flooring on the halls, but the apar**ent was clean although also very outdated. In the night I woke up to a few cockroaches running through the kitchen. Next morning I wrote the host about them, they denied first, then I sent some pictures to which they didn't answer anymore just canceled the booking as "no show" and kept the entire sum for the booked week.
