VERY disappointed the hot tub was out of order until OCTOBER?!? That is the only reason we booked this hotel. Then to know they have a heated pool that was cold. Their (and your site) should post such things as we paid for that and did not receive the amenities.

When I booked hotel it stated that there was room for 5 which included children. We stay in hotels frequently and book a king that sleeps 5 and it includes a sleeper sofa. We arrived to hotel an hour after check-in and room was not ready, they eventually moved us to another room. When when entered the room, there was a king bed and no sleeper sofa. We went to front desk and they offered us a roll away bed. We had a wedding to attend so didn’t have much other option. We were extremely disappointed with this stay. We had 5 plus a baby so this was not convenient at all! We mentioned to front desk but they again, dismissed the conversation. Two queens do not work for us, a king and sleeper sofa do… that’s why we booked this way!

It was okay a maid try to come in my room while I was changing without knocking or announcing themselves also my daughter smashed her finger in the door and before the receptionist even asked if she was okay or anything at all she shut the door and mentioned that the person across the hall had to get up early.

The room was very nice. It was quiet and comfortable. I was very impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast! Plan on staying there frequently!

Everything was perfect except the A/C and heat. If the heat was on it was to hot no matter what i set it at, and the fan didnt work.

Considering it is significantly more expensive the the best western next to it, you would think it would be better. It isn’t. Their breakfast was basic and terrible. Dried bacon that tastes like paper. The best western offers multiple meat choices everyday of better quality. As well as a wider selection of muffins l, fruit, yogurt, etc. They are coasting off the Marriott name…not worth it. At that price point your better off at home suites 2

The Property was clean and quiet and was in a good location close to restaurants. The breakfast was good and we will be back again.
