富蘭克林納什維爾温德姆戴斯酒店(Days Inn by Wyndham Franklin Nashville)

Booked this hotel and mistakenly got the days wrong. Contacted my booking company and there was some mix up with dates displaying on the app. They called this hotel and they told them they contacted me and confirmed the booking. I apparently told them I would be there at 1pm and then called back and told them I would be there at 5pm, but never showed. I never received a phone call nor confirmed any booking. Had that of really happened I would of recognized the mistake and tried to fix it then! I can not stand a liar. I will never stay at a days inn franchise again! Ever!

Limited rooms available, asked to change room and was told that i could leave if i wanted to!!! Had an issue with the room at check in and was dealing with a rude/ i don't care manager. Makes the brand look bad! I just asked for another room. I didn't want and thing free! I was there attending my daughter's graduation from college! I was in a good mood and i couldn't let the manager cause me to get upset.

Room 130 didn’t actually lock without the deadbolt. We realized in the morning when the kids re-entered the room after I turned the keys in. The main latch doesn’t work to lock the door at all. The key is worthless as was the main handle lock. Other than that everything else was fine.

The rooms were not clean. Showers and shower heads were moldy. The faucets leaked.

Breakfast was very disappointing. White or wheat toast, cereal … the only good part was the pancake machine!!!

Room was clean but there was paint peeling from ceiling and rust on most fixtures. The breakfast was entirely non existent (2 types of cereal and plain bread). Many other hotels right nearby and would recommend any of those instead.

Room did not have sufficient lighting in all areas! Refrigerator did not work properly and leaked water onto floor for us to clean! Very limited breakfast bar! Hard to communicate with desk, language!

Lightbulbs were missing from light fixtures and lamps, so we only had access to two lamps and one overhead. Shower drain was clogged with someone else's **********. Door to the balcony was stuck closed, not sure if by accident or if was done intentionally, but I did not like that. A lot of empty space in the room could've been made more functional. There were large cracks in the doors and walls throughout the room. The door separating the living space from the sleeping quarters was busted up and held together with non-matching wood putty globbed all around the doorknob. After mentioning all the above it's fair to mention that this was their top-of-the-line "Presidential Suite"...yea...not impressed for almost $300.
