We had a 1 night stay for a short leisure trip. Everything was great, the personal service, the beautiful property and delicious breakfast. Thank you!

A very nice, quiet place to stay when you are exploring Franschhoek. A beautiful setting, overlooking the valley and mountains. A very nice staff. Only 4 or 5 rooms so very quiet. Very reasonably priced, Great breakfast every morning. It is up the hill from town, an easy 45 minute walk down hill, and a 2 dollar UBER ride up. It is also on the pink line for the wine tram. It is attached to one winery and within walking distance to at least two others. It is directly up the hill from the wine Tram terminal. I would stay here again.

Delightful staff. Very welcoming. Excellent wine tasting with beautiful scenery. Will definitely return. Comfortable rooms. Peaceful.

Loved staying at this charming hotel with an incredible view over the valley and vineyards. The staff were so delightful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend the hotel for a homely and comfortable stay.

We spent 2 nights here and from the check in to our departure everything was fabulous. The views are spectacular and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast is great and the staff were helpful. The bed was so comfortable as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This place is really amazing... . The location is nothing mote than breathtaking. Please do enjoy a sunset outside at the pool, it's will give you goose bumps. We were staying in one of the big rooms, very stylish & beautifully decorated. Breakfast was also very good. The croissants tasted as they came directly from France ;-) The fact that you can have a wine tasting at the property itself is also a big plus.

We enjoyed our stay at Maison Montague. The view is breathtaking from the hotel. The hotel is small, quiet, rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely artwork and it was still walking distance to the village.

Such a beautiful property inside and out. Sadly we spent most of our stay in the pouring rain so weren't able to appreciate the amazing view until just before we were leaving and the clouds disappeared! The rooms were out of this world - spacious, tastefully decorated with lovely linen, a fridge, coffee machine and in our case, incredible views with a small balcony. As for the bathrooms - wow! Huge! We had a shower and a bath (with welcome small touches of a candle and bath salts), a heated towel rail and his and her basins. We could not fault the accommodation at all - it was perfect! The breakfasts were extremely tasty and cooked to order and the small cold buffet with croissants, fruit and cheese was a good accompaniment. We loved this guest house and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Our room was absolutely amazing with a stunning view over the valley. The staff were always helpful and organised a taxi for us into town. The pool was a little cold but very refreshing. I highly recommend this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer
