Alfombras viejas y sucias en todo el hotel, los aires acondicionados no enfrían, mal olor en todo el hotel, decepcionante, no es un buen hotel para qued****, lo único bueno es el personal que trabaja en el hotel

No entre al cuarto por que dijeron quecestaban ocupados todos los cuartos.tienen que devolver todo mi depósito.tuve que rentar en otra propiedad

First of all no water in room then very high room temperature. Room was clean but curtains are having stains, bed liners has stains thy should improve there services. Breakfast was good we enjoyed.

Next door to Red Horse Restaurant, and the red horse statues lend a touch of nostalgia and uniqueness. Staff was very helpful.

********* people around even ate at breakfast area. Uncomfortable. They stood outside of the hotel too.

Avoid this hotel. I checked out 2 hours later to go stay at another hotel. No refund for 2 nights that were prepaid.

This hotel needs pest control. I saw a few roaches crawling in the bathroom. I didn’t feel good about leaving my luggage open. No one wants to take roaches back home with them. I won’t be staying here again.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was however, had an unpleasant smell and the carpets were stained and dirty. It was an ok stay for a day but definitely not for longer stays

This hotel is easy on and off the highway location with dining within walking distance. Clean with nice sheets and towels. Great free breakfast with stay

Bathroom door could not be shut - tv didn’t work - bedding below the bottom of of the mattresses. Was soiled - basement hallways and the room itself was shabby - was not able to be transferred to another room or have the bathroom door fixed to close for privacy - only good thing about the experience was the courteous and friendly young women working at checking desk - we had to leave to find other accomodations for two nights and requested a full refund to our Visa Card - am waiting for a reply and full refund now!

It was a definite "Okay." The hotel is old and out of date. They advertise breakfast from 6-9 each morning...there was no breakfast, only coffee. They advertise a restaurant associated with the hotel, it's been closed for quite some time...makes me wonder if the room service menu in each room was just as out-of-date. Bare lightbulbs...old, worn carpets. I can say the front desk staff were very friendly!

The room was not truly clean. We only stayed one night prior to a wedding in the area so we made the best of it. There was dust in the vents, lots of hair in the shower drain, stains all over the carpet, and an oily substance on the desk and TV stand. It was really not ideal at all.
