The only reason i didn't give 5 stars straight is because we had an unfortunate situation while checking in. It was met fearlessly by two gentlemen, John and possibly Chris (i can't remember lol) then, not to anyones fault, we were given a room that wasn't fully clean, not a problem, again, immediately taken care of. This place was bombarded with a ton of crazy dance moms (im one) they handled everything thrown at them with a smile, all jumped in and made it happen. I appreciated the team work! Once we were all settled, all was calm. The only thing i didn't like was in the rooms were no wash cloths, hair dryers, or water pressure.I heard you could request items at the desk, but i can't confirm or deny thats truth. So, bring your blow dryer and enjoy your stay!

I felt very safe in this hotel. The room was clean and parking lot was well lit. No bells and whistles but had a working fridge and microwave and was next store to Wegmans for food. Also had Netflix to log into on tv which is always a plus

Desk attendant very friendly and inviting. Room was very spare...hard surfaces. Dishes, etc., were available on request - we viewed that as a good thing, so washing unnecessary if you're not actually using them. The bed was excellent, comfortable. The cleaning was suspect...visible gooey stains on the lounge chair, and when we wiped up a small water spill on the floor, lots of dirt came up with it. Water pressure in the shower was very poor, but improved when the neighbor finished their shower.

Took 3 tries to get a room. One didn't accommodate 3 people, 2nd was dirty, 3rd was finally correct. Took about 30 min to get in our room after a long drive. When we went back down for the 2nd room, nobody was at the desk and took 10-15 min for staff to show up despite calling from in-house phone like their sign states.

This is my second stay in Fredericksburg and I was very pleased with accommodations, the staff is friendly and the room was nice and clean. The shower actually looked brand new! It's my go-to hotel in Fredericksburg!

Quick and easy check-in. Friendly staff. Located by a couple other hotels so it is nice and quiet but still very close to nearby restaurants and shopping centers.

Staff said we could only have one access key. Not sure why. Elevator was down for two days. Only on unit and had to take stairs to move. Also unit was very noisy. Could not rest.

When I search for a hotel, I always check 'breakfast included' as a search criteria. I don't want to add extra time and $ looking for a restaurant after leaving hotel. Breakfast should include several hot items - eggs, breakfast meat, potatoes, sausage and gravy, omelets, etc. Extended Stay advertised that 'breakfast is included' In my view when the hi-lite of that Extended Stay 'breakfast' is a half sized vending machine muffin, that is NOT breakfast and the hotel should not be able to advertise that breakfast is included. the room and facility were great, very low priced for quality, parking was tight and somewhat limited
