Extremely Satisfied the room we got. Neat and clean. Superb view. The day we left the hotel we felt like we are leaving our home with full of emotions. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We got the room service always on time whenever we asked.

Hotel Royal Residency rooms are good with great view, best part close to MG Road. Staff are friendly, service and food is excellent

Hotels is super clean, friendly staff and very helpful whenever needed,and hotel location is accessible to many which I like the most ,if we plan to re visit Gangtok again then I will definitely choose this hotel without any hesitation.

Excellent setting and lovely ambiance. Additionally, the personnel was quite helpful, especially a young *** by the name of Dinesh Jain. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us with our bags when we got lost in the midst of an unfamiliar street on the way back from Lachung and helped us get to our hotel room at 3 A.M. when there were no cars on the road. The only offered food was vegetarian, however it was of good quality. Additionally, the hotel has a private staircase that connects to it and runs directly to MG Marg Road.

The rooms of this hotel were very good, The bathrooms were very clean, The service boy of the hotel was very responsive, Among them, the employee named Dinesh Kumar singh was very good responsive & helpful person. I will stay at this hotel when I come to Gangtok again.

Better avoid this hotel. Location though walking distance from M G Road, is not very friendly. There's no parking place in front of hotel. Getting in and out of taxi is always in hurry. Rooms are old and not even maintained. Mountain view from hotel is not clear, don't expect any exciting feeling. Food is good. Better avoid this hotel. Rather book The Sikkim Continental, from the same group
