New owner a couple years ago has remodeled and refreshed the rooms, which are large, clean and comfortable. An excellent value for the money!

It was appropriate for the on-line information on their website not to highlight that a stay at Garnett Hotel and RV includes breakfast ....basic at best, but even at that a "scarcity" mentality! (1) bagel (2) packets of oa**eal NO protein food choices You question whether the management is attempting to to make a return visit.

Everything was exceptionally clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful if we had any problems with anything. Will definitely stay again if in that area. Thank you!

I stayed here two nights, exploring the Prairie Spirit Trail and southeastern Kansas. I would stay here again. The rooms are in good shape, I slept well, noise was not a problem (though there are railroad tracks nearby). And the owner (Sunny?) was genuinely interested in making sure the stay was a good one. Every time I saw him, which was almost every time I went through the lobby, he'd be asking how things were. The breakfast was much better than expected, with protein available in the form of yogurt and breakfast sandwiches (and maybe more that I didn't try), enough for an active day. Sunny also let me leave my car there during the day after checkout while I rode the trail, which I appreciate - it's more convenient than driving to a trailhead for the sake of it. And you can also easily bicycle into town, or walk if you're okay with a bit of a longer walk. Toddy's Back Porch is also easy walking distance.

Sunny is so kind and amazing. He was super informative, and went above and beyond helping me. I stay at a lot of hotels, and Sunny is among the top in making me feel at home and comfortable. I had a ton of luggage, which he didn’t have to help me with, but he did. It makes a huge difference to me that he did that. At no point in time did I feel that he didn’t want to genuinely help me to make sure my stay was the best it could be. The hotel was a very clean. Never had issue with hot water. Free parking and breakfast. Lots of options for breakfast. Biscuits were delicious. Room does have a microwave. Comfy bed! There’s food and gas just a few minutes from hotel. It has security measures built in. It felt and looked like a safe area. I stayed here for a festival. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Sunny for making my stay an absolute delight. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

It was absolutely amazing. The guy that checked me in was outside watering the flowers and he was quick to stop and take care of me. Service was outstanding definitely will be returning.

Very good stay if your going to dancefestopia. Like a 45 min drive from the venue but it’s a super easy ride. The owners are super friendly and accommodating. Very clean and quiet
