It is a very well located place, everyone there is very friendly and the best thing is an excellent price

We have stayed at this location for over 30 years. Facility has always been perfect. Location is great. Since Wyndham took over it has gone to hell. Had confirmed reservations last April when spring break was in full swing and when we arrived at the facility we were advised that our room had been let to some college students. Took me a couple of months to get my refund. This time we checked in on the 13th as scheduled. Room had no phone, no coffee pot, no ice bucket and no lamp shades on the lamps. Bathroom has no mirrors. Had to go to office because they did not answer the listed phone. I called the reservation number and they tried to contact the desk several times and call me back and said they got no response either. The desk never answered my cell calls the entire time we were there. We got room service one out of the 4 days and I had to go to the laundry and beg for clean towels. We were in room 543 and room 545 had a bunch of barking dogs that I did not know the facility allowed dogs. Telephone was installed in our room but it would not work neither would the wifi work on my IPad. To put it plainly we will never use Wyndham facilities again.

There was not a single ice machine working, maybe because they are remodeling. Drink machines were completely out. Overall it was a great stay for us.

So we stayed here for One night for my son football tournament. Let me start by saying I was throughly impressed by the location of this property because it’s in the middle of it all however the rest of the place was a no go for me. The front desk ladies were wonderful and helpful however our tv never worked and the room appeared semi renovated but not complete. The plugs were those old tan color electrical sockets plate and we had a telephone that looked like they both came from the 80’s. No breakfast as stated on their site. I mean I get that they are doing renovations but at least let your guest know that upfront as that could be a determining factor for some. But I was ok with that despite being told after check in however I would have been pissed if we were staying for longer than 1 night. Overall I would not stay back at this hotel as it freaked me out. From the funky dirty elevators, to the pool to the “hot tub not working” sign, to the decor, the walls are paper thin! I mean I heard my upstairs neighbors whole conversation at some point in the middle of the night, to the funkiness of this place as a whole. Sorry hotel owners but I tried to jump out on a limb and do something different but I think I’m going to stick to the types of hotels that have the reputations that I know. I will be contacting corporate about our TV, us mentioning to the staff and not even an excuse, an apology or a partial refund. But on another note if you love trailer park chic then this is your

This property is directly across from the convention center. Great location friendly staff upon arrival and apologized for their mess with remodeling but made up for it with their awesome attitudes

The room was remodeled, and it was OK. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, and the shampoo container was empty and the body wash container had all kinds of dried soap on it. The headboard was only attached at the top so when you pulled out a plug, you literally pulled the headboard from the wall, they never came in and put in fresh towels, replenished coffee, etc. and we were there for three nights

The property was in the heart of things. Walked everywhere. Definitely will stay there again. Very friendly staff & very clean.

No volume on tv or the remote. Not loud enough to hear. Tried to call front desk and the phone in the room has been yanked out of the wall and is inoperable! Many stains on the carpet.

I stayed at this hotel several years ago and it was fine, this time it was not, the smell in the hotel alone was bad and the pool was really gross. The location is on point, and the rooms are clean enough, but the hotel itself is very run down.
