Our stay was good, and the only issue with the room was that most of the bathroom tiles were loose. As for the other issues, the hotel was not necessarily at fault, our room was a connecting room and the guest/guest next door were very loud and disruptive. They were constantly going in and out of the room and had placed the locking device for the door so that it instead kept the door from closing but also was extremely loud every time the door was slammed up against it.

Usually we stay at Hamptons. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised to find that Holiday Inn uses refillable pump dispenser Dove products!!! I very much appreciate this thoughtful step toward eco-friendliness. I have never understand why all hotels don’t get behind this idea since it would most likely save them money and cut down on waste. They smell really good too!!! The coffee was better than Hampton coffee too🙂

First room we got smelled like mildew and chemicals. Front desk quickly and nicely moved us to a new room which smelled like cucumbers(so kinda nice) - our room was fine. Everything felt 'damp' rugs, sheets, etc... Other guests at breakfast talked about changing rooms the prior evening because their shower came out of the ceilings and walls. All the people were nice and doing there best but the property is just falling behind and needs to be cleaned up and fixed up. The same brand/style hotel in Maumee OH was beautiful, top notch, much bigger nicer lobby seating, modern rooms. Two totally different experiences.

Hotel was clean but rooms need help. Pieces on top of furniture gone, gouges in tub and spigot in shower turned almost sideways. Breakfast attendant cranky and eggs way over salted.

Overall very good stay. The room was very clean, unfortunately the fridge did not work, door handles were a bit rough to open. Very quiet on our floor, only negative was that the door jam had a big gap it in and our room was right off the elevator so you could practically see into the room. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was good accept the pillows. The pillows were horribly uncomfortable, need to be replaced with a different kind of pillow that actually provides some support. The current pillows collapse immediately. They are the worst.

We were given a 1st floor room. Housekeeping was extremely loud outside our room, banging doors & arguing with each other at 6:30-7 am. If you stay here, make sure you’re given a room on another floor!

It was an amazing stay. I stay at hotels both for business and vacations and this was far the best experience. The staff was awesome and accommodating. This is where I will stay when I return to Ohio for my next visit.

Very nice room. Very comfortable and clean. Have stayed here may times in the past. Will stay here again.
