設施：設施齊全，空間較大 衞生：衞生良好，打掃乾淨 環境：環境優越，附近住宅區安靜安全 服務：服務優秀，前台非常和善熱情 這個酒店地理位置太好了，四通八達，去getty去天文台去音樂廳去機場都很方便（前提是開車）

房間大，設施還算不錯，早餐就是美式早餐，還不錯。

房間比較大，乾淨衞生。早餐也不錯。步行5分鐘有個商場。很方便。

和國內的我都不敢比

首先房間寬敞乾淨，地點也不錯，保全也不錯，很安全！ 這是我想再次入住的酒店。我傾向於信任並訪問美國的 Hyatt Place :)

友好的人們地理位置優越，步行即可到達購物中心和餐廳。我一定會回到這家酒店，我們有一個很棒的景色

I booked this trip on behalf of my mother. This was a trip with her sisters that was planned out for a while. Friendly advice: Check your perks before booking. Parking is very expensive! Here is the reason why I would not recommend this hotel. I got a call from my mother in the evening after her interaction with the night manager. As much as I want to mention the name, I do not want to draw a target on their back so I will be respectful of that. My mother and her sister after getting ready on the morning of 02/21/23 asked housekeeping to clean their room as they removed the "do not disturb" since they were getting ready and did not want to be bothered. Housekeeping was right next door so they were confident leaving the hotel for the day. After returning in the evening, they walked in and realized the room was NOT cleaned and everything was left including trash and dirty towels. They went downstairs to speak to the evening/night manager and they were told that there was nothing that could be done. The cleaning staff was gone for the day. They asked why their request was ignored and instead of being compassionate, the manager started speaking to them as if they were children and said things like "That's it, we cannot do anything and walked away in a super aggressive manner" To speak to your guests this way is not okay! I called and spoke to a nice gentleman, he apologized on the evening manager's behalf. I cannot continue as I'm limited.

還好，因為在市中心，但是太吵了，房間裡的床頭櫃閃爍，衣櫃把手因為螺絲不見了而搖晃，浴室的排氣扇不工作所以蒸汽不出來。友好，代客泊車的工作人員真的很有幫助。

Valet, front desk, and breakfast were all great. Gym and pool easily accessible. Only con is the housekeeping. They only replaced the top sheet and kept all the other bedding the same for my 5 night stay, they only redid the bed, instead of replacing clearly dirty sheets (there was a sizable stain).

Our room was comfortable and very clean, staff cleaned the hallways and rooms every day (if requested) and were courteous and personable. They remembered our names and were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was really wonderful, great outdoor and indoor seating, a cute little bar, and lots of things to do nearby on our down days.

The only issue was a missing valet which I needed to leave early in the morning. It took 15 minutes or so for a valet to show up at 6:00 am. Other than that the hotel was wonderful. Will definitely stay there again on the next trip to So Cal.
