樂海灣旅館(Le Bay Lodge)

We had 3 wonderful nights in a great location to beaches and restaurants. Olwen and her team are hands on ensuring a comfortable stay. It was very hot so the airconditioner was a super plus and beds very comfortable. Will definitely return as this lodge is a great value for money and perfectly located. View from room with full mountain view provides a tranquil setting for a lovely relaxed stay! Keep it up Olwen, Eugene and the team!

Stayed in Feb 2023.Nice guest house with lovely balcony looking towards the sea.The rooms were comfortable,lacked the extras of an hotel stay,no iron or hairdryer..The shower was excellent. Breakfast nice and staff very pleasant.The Hosts were very accommodating and friendly

We stayed 3 nights, comfortable bed and spacious room. Very nice shower. The breakfast was very tasty. The lodge is close to the main beach. Convenient location to reach Somerset west and Stellenbosch. Unfortunately the WIFI was down.

Very helpful staff, the you g man at reception carried our suitcases up the steep stairs for us, we had a comfy big bed. Nice breakfast. The wind blows hard in Gordon's Bay, which kept us awake, however everything else was good.

The check-in process was easy when we arrived at the Lodge. The breakfast and hospitality was excellent. The Lodge felt like home with such friendly staff. We liked the idea of the "Honest bar". The room and all facilities were clean and very comfortable.

What a special little establishment, so close to the sea. Beautiful room, tastefully decorated with the softest towels and detailed, clean bedding...love the wood finishes and flooring...even though the staircase is quite tight and a bit of a workout, the view from the balcony makes it all worth it! Olwen and her team are the most amazing hosts who make one feel right at home from the get-go! Cynthia lights up the dining room every morning with her bright and warm smile. As a born and bred Capetonian, Le Bay gave me the privilege of feeling like a tourist in my own hometown. We literally never used our car while we stayed there...walked down to the beach, to the restaurants and enjoyed the splendour that is Gordon's Bay! We celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary and what a welcome surprise when we were greeted with a bottle of bubble and a box of really good chocolate! Well done, Le Bay for creating a new home away from home for us! We will definitely be back soon! God bless your lovely establishment.

Not very modern, but homely and cozy. The owner is super friendly and the location is perfect. A minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Breakfast is tasty and staff are friendly. Great value for money!
