Hotel superbe calme est très propre personnel agréables

A-, room was super spacious, clean, and comfortable. However the room was not very quiet. You could hear the staff very clearly in the early mornings getting breakfast ready.

This is our hotel of choice in Grand Forks but it did disappoint this trip. The first night the phone rang in our room at 3:30 in the morning. It was the the front desk saying that so and so would not be in until 8 o’clock what do they do? When I stated I did not know what they were talking about they hung up. No sorry, just hung up. Then there was the towel situation. Each night we went to the pool and hot tub. There were no towels in the area. When I went to the front desk to ask for towels, I was rudely told they were in the dryer and then door closed on me. Next night we were given towels from the front desk, third day, finally were told that people were bringing them to their room so they only had fitness towels and gave us some of those. Buy more towels!

The dining area for the continental breakfast was unique & classy. Cleanliness was very good. It was quiet & staff were pleasant & helpful.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the ladies at the front desk were wonderful - amazing service.

Hot tub not working, first night excellent and quiet. Second night kids running up and down halls all evening and rooms poorly insulated. Heard conversations as if I was in the same room.

Super clean, a really nice hotel. My only gripes were that the hot tub was not in service (which we were looking forward to using), and the pool was really cold with space heaters all around it. Overall, I would stay again.

The check in was fast! The room was clean! The breakfast was delicious and a really good variety, lots of options.

Room was very spacious and tidy. Bed was super comfortable, and the staff was super friendly!

Excellent property, clean and great service! Unfortunately they would not accommodate a late checkout and our plane didn’t leave until 10:45 pm! Otherwise it was great service and stay!

My family stayed for one night and aside from a few issues we were happy with our stay. It’s conveniently located close to shopping and dining and also nearby the UND campus if you are in town for an event. We arrived shortly after checkin time, but were told our room wasn’t ready and to come back in 20 minutes. When we returned the person at the front desk was having difficulties locating our reservation which substantially lengthened checking in. She was very kind and apologetic, but there seemed to be some issue with the reservation system. After providing her a copy of our reservation confirmation she was able to get us into a room. The room was adequate for our needs and relatively clean, my only complaint is that the carpets were in desperate need of a deep clean. The bottoms of our feet/socks were black by bedtime. Other than that the room was clean and everything in good working order. The TVs are not set up for streaming, so be sure to bring an HDMI cable and adapter if that is something you are wanting to do. The common areas were clean and updated. We left before breakfast, but I appreciate that it is offered. Checkout was easy. Although it wouldn’t be my first choice, I would stay there again.

We were coming in from a wedding reception and arrived at 12:30am tired from the drive. During check-in when the front desk clerk tried to run my card for incidentals, it was declined. We ran it 3 times and the same issue. We tried a different card and the same issue. It ended up being an computer connection issue with their system. Finally, after about 15 minutes, the clerk just checked us in without running a card for the incidentals. It was frustrating to have that hassle that late at night after such a long trip. Other than that small issue, the rest of the stay was great. The room was large, clean and comfortable and the other areas of the hotel looked clean and well cared for.

Very clean hotel, front desk employees helpful, courteous and pleasant, the breakfast was amazing with so many choices and coffee delicious. Glad to see a pet area, definitely would stay here again if in the area.

So clean and quiet, staff friendly and efficient. Will stay here again!
