Restaurant dans l'hotel

The room was fine. The lady that checked me in was great. The hotel wasnt busy at all. Why then, do they need to put you right side by side with another person. They were up until 1 am, then at 4:04 i was awoken by said person trying to get into my room via adjoining door. He must have mistaken that door for the bathroom door. He let a torrent of vomit against the door. His female partner helped him get to the bathroom to finish. Then they laughed, and then they fought. Yes i could have called downstairs, but in all reality what would they do at that time? I had to be up at 6 anyways. Just frustrating that they could have easily spaced people out and completely avoided this problem.

Only thing I disliked is the elevator needs fixing. One is down and the other is extremely slow

Elevator is not working and walls in bathroom. I’m very dirty with splatter.

I’ve reviewed this hotel a few times because I kept renewing my check in. Amazing. Staff in the day and evening are incredible. Night time leaves much to be desired. There should be a key in for when the doors are locked because one of the staff seems very annoyed when smokers have to buzz in after hours to let us in. If you don’t like your job in customer service, get another one. Otherwise everything was superb. She was rude to me and other people I met at the hotel. Had to use a rock to prop the side door open to avoid her.

Perfect as usual!! This is the only hotel I stay in while I’m in town!!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms for a good price in comparison to other hotels in GP ! Will stay again. Only suggestion would be key card entry for the front door after hours so you don’t have to buzz in and wait for the desk attendant when you go for a smoke.

The room was decorated nicely and seemed newly done. Very clean and comfortable at a reasonable price.

After along days drive, this hotel had all we need including a nice pub with friendly staff and a nice breakfast to start our next day.

Needed access to a freezer to refreeze coldpacks for diabetic insulin medication and fridge in room did not nave a freezer compartment. Spoke with front desk attendant and he did not have any access to a freezer. Room was very cool and heating system did not work. Unit continually blew cold air.regardless of temperature set on wall thermostat controller. Went for complimentary breakfast and food in steam tables was all cold. Spoke with waitress about it. She acknowledged that the steam tables, although turned to highest temperature did not warm food. Did not offer to heat our breakfast (scrambled eggs and sausages). We left hotel very disappointed with our stay.

Foyer & outside front of hotel needs a facelift . Grab bars in the showers would be helpful for mature guests . I was most impressed with their honesty , when my husband forgot items of clothing in the room, we called the next day & they had kept the items safely stored for us . We happily retrieved them & are still in awe at the honesty of the staff/ mgt .We’ve had unpleasant experiences at other hotels .
