Amazing place for stay n conference. Food, service, location, proximity to Railway station, Bus Station, city Mkts etc makes it a best choice for conference. Room has all basic amenities. Breakfast menu was good. Nice restaurant serving great choice of snacks, deinks and food. Their Biryani was one of the best I have ever had. More surprisingly, it was tasting better in this Far East City then some of the known cities serving it. Great experience of staying with them.

First of all, this Hotel situated on the 6th floor of a building. So, only Lift is the only way to proceed fist, if lift will not work, that will be embarrassing problem. 2nd, there was no Restaurant/Kitchen, they provided food from outside. Room quality was not so good, I needed to wait 1 hr for my booked room, though I booked early and also confirm my booking and arrival time through email, whats app and phone call. I reached the hotel after 2 hrs (around 7.30pm.) from my arrival schedule. But they didn't ready the room till then. After all of my effort, I needed to wait in a narrow lobby approx. 1 hr. This was not good for a family traveler. Bed-sheets and towels are not clean, bathroom was very short and water gets stuck in the drain. Not a pleasant stay!! Not recommend to any family traveler.

Excellent hotel in Paltan Bazar, in the heart of Guwahati city. We got this hotel booking done thru MMT, unsure of the services as there was no review on Trip advisor. However the staying experience was great. It's a new hotel on the main road. Room size was good, very clean bathroom with 24hrs hot water, clean and comfortable bed/pillows/blanket. We got complementary breakfast, simple menu like cornflakes, toast n egg, poori-sabzi and tea/coffee. Staffs were nice and helpful.

The ambience of the hotel is quite amazing. The staff is welcoming and fully cooperative. I had buffet for the company event i was attending there. The food was super delicious. The chicken was so tender and juicy and the naan bread was the softest. Apart from the food the Tai Hall(where the event took place) is huge and has great ambience as well. The whole hotel is air conditioned. I'm just not satisfied with the quality of the washrooms, they can be a lot better given the stature of 4star hotel. Overall, it's a great hotel.

Best homestay in our whole Assam and Meghalaya trip. It is very near to the airport and so cabs are easily available. The caretakers are helpful and the owner is very friendly and informative. Rooms are neat and clean -towel, blankets, linen are good, washed and clean, bathrooms are well maintained and clean. Garden is beautiful with good sitting arrangement. Their terrace Garden is a must visit in the evening to enjoy the sunset. Not lesser than a 4 star hotel with a homely touch to it.

As a regular customer, who frequent your hotel on a regular basis over the last one year our experience has been absolutely amazing all because of the exceptional quality of the service of the front desk team and also the room service staff. They have literally delivered an awesome stay experience for us. They have been extremely professional and polite always willing to the extra mile for the customers. Especially a special mention for Mr. Joy, Mr. Dipu, Mr. Krishna, Mr. Joytish and Ms. Priya. Also from F&B Mr. Jiteshnu Das. All these deserve a special mention for their exceptional service that has been beyond any expectation. We highly recommend this hotel for experienced travellers that are looking for that something extra special in any hotel. This hotel would be the best recommendation in terms of hotel facilities, cleanliness, food, well appointed rooms and most importantly customer service all made possible by an amazing team.

訪訪客Situated in a broken pathway ***** Paltan Bazar; access is tricky. The outer appearance of the hotel does not inspire confidence. The reception / lobby area is tiny and dingy. But all this is made up by the room I opted for: Deluxe category. The room was huge by any standards, spic and span, equipped with L-shaped sofa, study table and the usual bed, TV, fridge etc. It also had a balcony which is rare these days. The staff looked deprived, but were friendly and cooperative. The food is reasonably priced and tasty. The breakfast is limited and homely. Tariff, very reasonable. Recommended for middle budget travelers.

The rooms however were windowless ( had a window overlooking a dark concrete quadrangle sharing space with another miserable sundry office). A breakfast on the house was decent enough and did some what make up for the windowless room Perhaps because we booked through MakeMyTrip.com we were allotted the worst room in the hotel ?
