費城威洛格羅夫Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Philadelphia Willow Grove)

Good hotel and good location with restaurants close by. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was a bit sparse when we went down. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the room and bathroom has everything you need. The room needed some maintenance and paint in a few places which should be looked at but otherwise a good stay. Can’t stand the smell of pot in the hallways and elevator.

Be sure and look at all of the photos for this property. The first photo in the hotels app is not actually the hotel. When we pulled up it looked very different than what I expected. Lobby was small and a bit dingy. It is also a good bit outside the city center so if you are planning to go to the downtown area much it is a bit of a drive.

My stay at the Residence Inn was wonderful. I never really take the time to write reviews but I did want to commend and give recognition to Zee at the front desk. She was so accommodating and such a pleasure to converse with. She is a true attribute to this establishment. Her hospitality is top notch and I will surely return the next time I visit family.

Worst Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed at. It feels like an upscale motel. I was here for one night and there was a guy walking around outside in just a tshirt, absolutely nothing else. The front desk said they were going to call the cops. This was at 8:30pm. The bathroom was so small you could hardly open the door and there were stains on the wall. I didn’t even sleep under the covers cause it just didn’t feel clean. Will be speaking with the front desk at check out, hoping to get at least a partial refund.

These are some run-down apartments converted into a hotel. The interior of the rooms was nice, but needed a bit more attention to cleaning. Pool is indefinitely closed. Breakfast was terrible. Tiny space completely inadequate to guest numbers, barely any food or options, really disappointing. The overall stay was extremely disappointing. The good: staff was great, extremely helpful and nice. I know the corners cut by management are not their fault.

Libby was nice but rooms were old and smelled musty. Also had to listen to some type of generator unit making noise all night. Lastly, it was ridiculous to have to pay a parking fee for a hotel located in a business park away from everything. Very poor call on the part of Marriott.

Room was comfortable and clean. Room amenities were excellent. Staff friendly and courteous. Would've only liked complimentary robes since we're from the south and mornings are cold. Plenty of room and well equipped kitchen.

Hotel is ok. However, there were several issues this the room. The refrigerator was dented and some parts of the carpet were torn. I had to wait to check in since no one was available and once someone came the person was not very pleasant.

This property is located in a quiet, out of the way, corporate business district. It appears to be an old apartment complex converted into a hotel. This property is in serious need of upgrades and renovations. The pool was out of service and that was a big disappointment for the family.
