設有健身室的巴塞隆拿縣酒店

我去過大約30個國家，住過很多不同的飯店，但我覺得這家飯店的款待堪稱一流。 你真的能感受到所謂的「OMOTENASHI」（以誠待客）精神。 對我來說，這裡比文華東方酒店舒服多了。如果你要來巴塞隆納，這家旅館絕對適合你！它會讓你的旅行體驗加倍滿足♪

位置：就在加泰羅尼亞廣場旁邊，機場大巴A1/A2線終點站步行5分鐘；樓下公交站、地鐵線，可直達各主要景點；巴特羅之家步行5分鐘，老城區（親吻牆、主座教堂）步行10-15分鐘，桂爾公園/聖家堂打車10分鐘、12歐，焦糖山打車20分鐘、15歐，tibidabo打車30分鐘、20歐。人少公共交通、人多打車都很方便。 房間：25平左右，基本設施、洗浴用品齊備，有保險櫃。親子房型會有額外的衣櫃床，面積也會更大一些。酒店有門禁。 服務：比較熱情，會有行李員幫忙提行李，一些小問題反饋後也能及時處理。 不足：有些設施還是有老化現象（410房間淋浴水壓偏小，空調似乎需要電話前台控制）。

這家飯店很新，高層客房視野極佳，陽台尤其令人心曠神怡。房間寬敞明亮，配備保險箱、吹風機等生活必需品。如有需要，例如熱水壺等特殊設備，只需向前台諮詢即可。 入住辦理快速方便，搭乘電梯即可快速抵達客房。飯店設有餐廳和咖啡廳，餐廳的自助早餐豐盛美味。 屋頂酒吧設有室內外區域和一個小型無邊際泳池，非常棒，但我想旺季時可能會比較擁擠。 飯店位置尚可，但並非完美。步行約 5-10 分鐘即可到達最近的電車站或地鐵站（可能是 El Maresme Forum），附近還有一個大型購物中心。步行 20 分鐘即可抵達海灘，或者您也可以搭乘距離酒店僅 5 分鐘路程的 H16 號公車前往沿海的大部分海灘區域。酒店附近也有一些小商店和酒吧，但品質一般。缺點是，飯店旁邊似乎是一個破舊的居民區，經常有形跡可疑的人出沒。 從飯店搭乘地鐵或電車前往市區大約需要 25-30 分鐘。 服務人員很友好，房間每天都打掃得很乾淨。只有一次，大約在上午 11:30，一位酒店員工粗魯地敲門，大聲喊著“退房”，但我們明明預訂了好幾天。我告訴他之後，他道了歉，顯然他拿錯了房間，但這種溝通錯誤在一家四星級飯店不應該發生。還有一天，我們丟掉了之前空的瓶子，卻沒有收到免費的瓶裝水。除此之外，一切都很好。 總而言之，我會推薦這家飯店，因為它擁有美麗的城市景觀、嶄新乾淨的房間以及極具競爭力的價格。搭乘大眾運輸工具前往市區和海灘需要 15-30 分鐘，因此建議購買一張 Hola Barcelona 卡。

我們在巴塞隆拿 Derby Hotel 住了四晚，我會推薦這家酒店。 酒店位置非常方便，且落在一個安靜的街道上。這裏的員工整體很好溝通，體現了一個老牌酒店該有的品質。這一路，感覺歐洲雖然依賴旅遊業，但旅遊業的專業度有所欠缺。相比之下，巴黎還算不錯，但我們在里斯本遇到的酒店人員幾乎都是新人且不負責任，不僅聽不懂英語，衞生意識也很差。 在 Derby Hotel 終於又遇到了能溝通的工作人員，讓疲勞的旅行變得安心了。特別感謝入住時的員工為我們着想，主動將我們不同的訂單合併並升級了房型，免去了我們中間換房間的麻煩。（PS：雖然中間有一晚遇到了一位不友好的工作人員值班，但我認為這應該是她個人問題，不代表整體水平。） We stayed at the Derby Hotel for four nights, and I would recommend it. The location is convenient, situated on a quiet street. The staff were generally easy to communicate with, reflecting the quality of a long-established hotel. Throughout our trip, we felt that while Europe relies heavily on tourism, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism in the industry. Paris was ok，but the hotel staff we encountered in Lisbon were mostly newcomers who were irresponsible, can’t understand English, and had poor hygiene awareness. Finally meeting professional staff here at Derby made our weary journey feel much more secure . I especially want to thank the staff at check-in for being so thoughtful—they merged our separate bookings and upgraded our room, saving us the hassle of switching rooms midway. （Note: Although we encountered one unfriendly staff member on duty one night, I believe it was just a personal issue and not reflective of the hotel's overall standard.）

優點 CP值高：一晚約 NT$6,000–7,000，以巴塞隆納市中心來說很划算。 地點超好：走出飯店就是逛街區，步行可到 米拉之家（Casa Milà）、整條 格拉西亞大道 精品店。 早餐水準優：以歐洲同級飯店來說很有誠意、選擇豐富。 可改進 硬體偏舊：外觀與房內裝潢較老派，但整體維護尚可。 退房時間早：非高卡身分需 11:00 退房，流程稍顯繁瑣。 健身房陽春：器材少、空間小，僅適合簡單運動。 總結 若重視地點與早餐、預算又想控制在中價位，這間很值得考慮。我會給 4 顆星：不是華麗型，但住起來方便省心，適合購物、觀光行程密集的旅客。

這是我第二次入住這家飯店。前台工作人員熱情友好，David 對我們照顧得無微不至，為我們安排了兩間位於高層、面向大海和蒙特惠奇山的絕佳客房。幸運的是，當晚蒙特惠奇山還燃放了煙火。房間寬敞別緻，與整棟建築一樣獨具特色，這種感覺在其他酒店並不常見。 屋頂酒吧和游泳池是放鬆身心、欣賞城市美景的絕佳去處。健身房雖然略顯緊湊，但足以滿足運動需求，還有一個小型室內游泳池供客人休閒放鬆。 但對我來說，早餐才是亮點。服務無可挑剔，咖啡現點現做，水果、冷盤和各種菜餚的種類之豐富令人垂涎，我們享用早餐的時間足足將近一個小時。 我一定會再入住！

很最重要的一點，房間很乾凈，在安全街區，晚上很安靜。 半個月歐洲行城市税最貴的一家收了697.61跟攜程平台顯示的221.42差了三倍多，不知道哪裡出了問題 我們覺得房間隔音還可以，但是有一晚遇到一個老頭瘋狂砸門並威脅，因為是女生入住沒有開門也沒有吱聲，默默反鎖把箱包移到門口擋門 最大的問題就是退房的時候，因為我們預訂的不含早餐，退房當天説我們去早餐廳吃了早餐不讓我們走，也不解決問題，耽誤了一會。最終沒有任何解釋，當然我們並沒有去餐廳吃早餐

飯店不在市中心，但附近有地鐵站和通勤火車站，開車只需20-30分鐘。對於那些想遠離喧囂的遊客來說，這很方便。 房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，但沒有洗手液，也沒有大毛巾，只有中號和小號的。這一點需要注意。 員工整體友善熱情，樂於助人，不過有些員工不會說英語，這有點出乎意料。 早餐令人驚喜——美味且種類豐富。缺點在於，泳池較小，位於另一棟建築物內，較不方便客人使用。 總的來說，如果您不特別在意飯店是否靠近市中心，那麼這家飯店非常適合想要放鬆度假、享受美味早餐且交通便利的客人。

This apartment was all we hoped for, the location suited us very well, right next to Sagrada Familia and close to a good supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars. We can definitely recommend an Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away, Paisano Bistro where we ate a couple of times, along with a fast food pasta place for food on the go (quirky, write on the walls) Pasta Lucia. Most places in the area did close around midnight. The apartment 306 was perfect for our needs, a family of 4 including 2 daughters 25 & 21, we were celebrating my Husband’s 60th Birthday. It has a great living area with sofa and dining table/chairs modern kitchen, a full shower room and another room with WC and sink, along with a small balcony over looking the street below. There are two reasonable sized bedrooms, the view from the master room is nothing to speak about, onto the inner courtyard. Lots of storage / wardrobe space in the main bedroom, a little less in the twin. I did take a dining chair into our bedroom to sit in front of the long mirror as there is a socket there for hair appliances, but there is no dressing table. There were little extras included like dishwasher tablets, dishcloth, tea towel, washing up liquid, hand soap in the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with tea supplies etc…There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Bottled water which would be replenished on request to reception. The air conditioning in the apartment is great, inside the apartment we would not have known that it reached 36 degrees outside on some days! The roof top terraces are a great bonus, with loungers and terrace furniture. They are open until 10pm. Note it is only a plunge pool, not a swimming pool. The view of the Sagrada Familia from up there was amazing! We didn’t use the gym, apart from my daughter booked it privately to take advantage of a special offer “Monday full body massage” for 40 euros. We arrived mid morning and called to leave our luggage, check in was from 3pm, but they were happy to store our luggage so that we could spend the day exploring the area. Irene and Tamara on reception were both lovely and really helpful, as was the English gentleman who later showed us around our apartment, sorry I didn’t catch his name. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and there was nothing that we would have changed. Thank you to all the staff for a great stay!  Note- you cannot leave your luggage after checkout, however I booked luggage storage a few minutes away costing around £20 for two large cases, and 4 under seat bags. I sourced this myself as there are companies advertised at reception and in the lift, however they worked out more expensive. The storage we used worked perfectly.

首先讓我驚喜的是這個酒店對中國遊客非常友好，房間桌上竟然有慶祝中國新年的賀卡和水果。前台小姐姐也祝我們新年快樂～一進酒店幸福感就撲面而來捏。 酒店大堂整個設計的也非常時尚有設計感，也非常大氣，新潮。 房間內部有很多設計的小巧思我非常喜歡，拖鞋的紋綉非常用心，包括浴袍也是，上面很多刺綉的蝴蝶。酒店還在房間設有專門的化粧吹頭髮區域，這個我真的非常的喜歡，而且鏡子是不規則設計，非常漂亮。礦泉水瓶也設計的非常漂亮。到處都充滿幸福感的酒店。 酒店環境是完全符合五星級酒店標準的，但是有一些小細節可以再改進一下，比如淋浴頭的水有點炸開沒有維修，水流也比較小，洗澡洗的比較難受。還有就是對於客人的一些要求，酒店沒有應對解決措施。比如我想加熱一下外面帶回來的食物，酒店沒有辦法。我覺得如果是五星的標準，應當考慮並妥善解決顧客的需求。
