房間空間感好大很整潔，還有美麗開揚景色的露台，自助早餐的食物也有很多選擇～ 員工都很親切臉上總是掛上笑容～ 還有窩心的生日安排，So sweet🥰 飯店的地理位置也很優越，就位在還劍湖的附近，距離36古街，聖若瑟主教座堂都很近，在附近的T.U.N.G Dinning飯後還可以到還劍湖散步。整體的住宿環境令人舒適，泳池不大，但是風景很棒，即時不游泳，櫃台所有的服務人員都很有禮貌，所有的飯店內的工作人員也都很親切友善，尤其是經理很熱情的幫我們叫車，還貼心的送了我們小禮物，以後如有機會來越南河內旅遊，我們會再度造訪！

河內是我越南旅行的最後一站，旅館也住了好幾間，這家新開業五個月的旅館經營層最用心，還沒到河內已經接到經理人關心的信，訊詢問需要的協助，checkin時，服務人員非常有禮貌請我們在沙發等候，奉上迎賓茶點，check out時,旅館經理人和們房也送到計程車旁道再見，非常細膩讓人舒服。 旅館座落於古城區和還劍湖旁，地理位置優越，河內景點，用步行都可到達，晚上逛古城回來沒時間壓力。 旅館很新，整理得整潔舒適，員工的態度也非常客氣有禮貌，由於位於古城區且是長形建築，房間不算大，但空間分配還算合理，頂樓還附設游泳池，不是很大，但古城區旅館有這設備也算難能可貴了。 每天早上的早餐都很令人期待，服務人員也很多，他們的牛肉河粉和西瓜汁，是我最喜歡的食物，住了五天，每天必點。 總而言之，河內五天的停留，很開心，下次到河內，我還會選這裡。

Impressive entrance with a short walk to anything you might want/need in Hanoi. Check-in was a breeze when we arrived mid-afternoon. The lobby on Level 1 and restaurant on level 2 are opulent and well-served with competent and English fluent staff. The room I had was well presented, very clean and well-serviced. Great pillows!! Small, but functional bathroom with a great two-way shower. Money can be exchanged at reception at around market rate. The breakfast on level 2 has something for everyone. Vietnamese, western and excellent pastries. Fresh fruit and a great noodle bar. The wait staff and chefs are expert and can create pretty much anything on request. The room service menu is spartan but reasonably priced and well presented and delivered hot. Pasta, pizza, burgers and (of course) Pho. For those not familiar with Vietnamese coffee, fasten your seatbelt before trying. This beverage will wake the deepest sleeper in seconds. Concierge services are effective and non-intrusive. There is a mini-supermarket about 100 metres from the front door where you can find that razor you forgot amongst other necessities. This hotel is brilliantly located near the lake, which is a great location for a stroll. Within a five minute walk you can find pretty much anything that you can think of. There is a roof top bar and pool on level 10 and, to be honest, this was a little disappointing. The pool works, but the surrounds are a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Not a showstopper by any means. The lifts work, the electricity is 100% available and the wifi is fast and consistent. The laundry service is fast and reasonably priced. If you want to outsource laundry, there are several services available close by for USD$1.50 per kilo. My team of 3 stayed here for 12 days and very much enjoyed the facilities and hospitality. I would stay here again any day of the week!!

如果你是個需要飯店網路和熱水澡的請千萬不要選擇這裡...
Wifi極不穩又慢，熱水應該不能叫熱水只能叫不冷的水，在河內均溫20度的地方，大概只有AC還有暖氣功能不會讓你感冒而已。

隔音超差，住在二樓絕對會在大清早就被樓下的人講話給吵醒。整體來說大概只有地點離還劍湖很近這個優點而已。(房間舊但至少整潔還行） 

If you are a person who needs wifi and hot bath, please don't choose this place...
Wifi is unstable and very slow. Hot water should not be called hot water, only not cold water. In Hanoi, where the average temperature is 20 degrees, probably only AC with the heater can keep you away from catch a cold.

The sound insulation is too poor. If you live on the 2nd floor, you will definitely be woken up by people who talk downstairs. The hotel introduction also not precisely. Please update the introduction on hotel.com. Such as no bath tub and robe, also no welcome drink. On the whole, the only advantage is that the location is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. （and room is clean. thank god)

酒店在河內老城區,幾乎是間隔狹窄,出租車司機也很難找到。酒店也沒例外,找了好久才找到。 酒店的工作人員非常友好,非常樂於助人。 房間也很乾淨,滿意度很高,但是即使排水不好,洗澡的時候腳下積了水。 早餐雖然不能說很多,但是有足夠的食譜,吃得很開心,很好吃。 總體來說,我覺得是一家不錯的酒店。 下次如果有去河內的事,我會利用的。

The service at the Royal was superb. The team looked after us through our three days with them, they even arranged a cake for my sons birthday during the Halong bay cruise and upon our return they had decorated our room and left cakes for my wife’s birthday a really nice touch. The staff were very knowledgable on restaurants and things to do in and around Hanoi. The hotel is well located on the edge if the old quarter and close to the attractions. The rooms were very clean everything worked so we’re well worth the money we paid. I would definitely recommend the royal to anyone coming to Hanoi.

The service at the Royal was superb.
