Charlevoix 酒店暨套房（Charlevoix Inn Suites, SureStay Collection by 貝斯特韋斯特）(Charlevoix Inn & Suites SureStay Collection by Best Western)

Staff was very cordial and friendly. Facilities were clean and presentable. Room was ok; one issue is the flaw in the sink vanity, where the vanity was not cut well to fit the faucet and the sink. The result is that the faucet BARELY reaches the sink, and any attempt to put my hands under the sink to rinse them off results in the vanity getting flooded. That needs to be remedied. But otherwise, the room was ok.

Charlevoix Inn is not the cleanest hotel, but it is clean. The staff was friendly but had a bit of trouble at check in getting the keys made. The walls between rooms don’t do a great job insulating sound, so if you have a neighbor who likes to watch TV late into the night you will definitely hear it. Overall, this is a fine place to stay… and I would give it 3.5 to 4 stars,

It was perfect for a quick overnight for a wedding at Castle Farms 10 min drive to the venue. Clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable.

We stayed on the first floor and had a walkout patio, it was lovely! We were able to access the pool this way too. Natalya was WONDERFUL. She was so kind and helpful. I would stay here again just for her. She was lovely.

Only issue was the Business Center didn’t have printer, so I couldn’t print out tests my doctor needed in hard copy. It wasn’t possible to email it to the front desk to print.

Promised water view. Hotel is miles away from water and couldn’t see the water. I paid extra for that room too.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff was kind, but the place itself was gross and outdated. Our shower was a weird tube and the ceiling had so many water stains. The room was always dusty and had not been thoroughly cleaned. The only reason I know they clean at all is because the vacuum woke me up in the morning right outside my door. The pool and hot tub was the worst of all. It was so gross, the floor was green and brown and there was so much dirt in the hot tub we didn’t even try it. There was also a pipe randomly sticking out of the hot tub pumping out cold water. Overall did not enjoy our stay andI would not recommend it to anyone else.

Staff was very friendly. The first room we were given (221) had a smoky smell to it so we asked for an alternative. The new room was perfect. Smelled great, was nice and quiet, clean and comfortable.

This was our first stay in this hotel, which was pleasant. The front desk girl was really sweet and thoughtful and the breakfast lady greeted us warmly and gave introductions. I would choose this hotel again if I go to Charlevoix next time!
