海沃德希爾頓惠庭酒店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Hayward)

All the basic necessities for a like-home stay. I needed to make a couple of no-bake desserts for a Chris**as potluck and the room had everything I needed (microwave, can opener, large dishes, full size refrigerator, dishwasher). Added bonus for us, it is right next to a small airport and we love watching the small aircraft take off and land from our window.

Very nice rooms. Front desk was amazingly friendly and helpfull. I have stayed in places that seemed offended that I was using their services. These folks made me want to back. It’s not overly lush and decorated but it’s designed to serve and they do it well

Everything was good the only problem I had was the Building smell like Gas we asked what was going on and they said nothing that they check and it would clear in a couple of hours but we stayed there 2 days and the hole time it smell like gas, I asked again and they just kept saying nothing that it was safe

The suites are not really decorated very nice and there was two desks and one chair??? It was strange. It is almost like the room was not finished? The colors were horrible and there was an area that was supposed to be a closet that was just a built in area with an ugly curtain. No stove, but a small kitchen. No cleaning service for 2 days so a lot of garbage piled up in the room. The room also smell funky. No ventilation. The shower was similar to a light rain shower. No water power. The bed felt like it actually has a box spring mattress? I guess I expect more from a Hilton. Not impressed with the room.

New property. Bright Orange building. Breakfast changed daily. Property farther from downtown San Francisco then originally thought. It's about 35 minutes in light traffic over Bay Bridge. The only weird thing is I had to schedule housekeeping to straighten room. Lots of security in parking lot.

Location worked 2nd time at hotel. Sadly itnhas changed, breakfast not great, coffee/tea station empty, way too much chemical smell in lobby and on 2nd floor. Had to move rooms a bed bug found in closet area. Services friendly but will not stay again.

Loved the security in the parking lot and rooms were spacious/cleaned. Came for a sports tournament and I would book again.

Staff did not answer the phone when I called. This is my 2nd time here the 1st was loud but I got a higher floor this time and it was fine. Upon Checking into my room the hallway had a funny smell but okay other then that

Excellent room, excellent service, coffee was always available, staff were very attentive, friendly and efficient. Outatnding value hotel at this pricepoint.
