欣克利大娛樂場酒店(Grand Casino Hinckley)

Stayed two nights in Hinkley. Hotel is conveniently minutes from the main hwy. Restaurant workers did a great job considering how busy it was in the evening. Plenty of things to do if you're a gambler. Would recommend as price points and location had fit well with my planned trip to Duluth, an hour north.

Because of the remodeling we woke up to loud pounding at 7 am a bit too early to start in my opinion. The room was dusty and and had an odor.

The refresh on the rooms is at least 10 years over due. But the water pressure in the showers is awesome. The price was very reasonable especially considering what we got.

My room was not as clean as it had been in previous visits. Sticky food was on the table and it looked like some sorts of liquid/drink was thrown on the lock and handle of the door on the inside.

Stayed on a saturday. Almost all the little restraunts were closed, room was clean , very small tv.

We both had a lucky time in the ******. Wasn't impressed with the steak house, they were out of the 1 thing I wanted, so I just ordered a steak. I ordered it well done. The outside was charcoal and the center was raw. Sent it back, it was still medium (pink) when returned. They had to start all over, by then I was already done with the rest of my meal. The room was very nice, clean. Except the temperature didn't work right, we turned it down to 62 and it went up to 74 instead of going down.

My wife and I got a smoking king suit, the bedding was terrible. Bed was alright for comfort

This was our first stay at the ******. Could not find the entrance to check into the hotel, no signage, so carried our bags through the ****** entrance. Staff at check in was not friendly, did not feel welcome. We ate at the bar at the Grille House attached to the ******. The bartender who served us there was very friendly and attentive.

The only problem I had was was when I checked in I paid with a credit card online and they needed 25$ deposit I thought they took it off my card. But I guess not told them I had cash but that's not good enough. Luck some stranger helped me out with a card. Almost had to drive home 6 hours because of this so thank you random strange that helped me.
