I absolutely love my stay at Quality Inn. This is one of my favorite go to hotels in Hinesville Georgia, only because of the front desk staff and housekeeping. I recently had a situation in which housekeeper Miss Beverly and Rose were absolutely a big help, I'm very grateful and thankful for you you all support.Room 424

Had a misunderstanding, but Mrs.Rose at the front desk sorted EVERYTHING out, she was very understanding, patient, she helped me and my situation and accommodated me the best way possible and I'm thankful for her and her staff.

Was charged for nights I wasn't able to make it in because "Rose" told me we would fix the issue of my emergency once I got there. Nothing was fixed since Rose was in the hospital and the owner couldn't reach out to her.

The staff here is truly amazing and genuinely accommodating. Even if something has malfunction they have handled it quickly, explaining and fixing whatever the issue was that it was never really inconvenient. Breakfast is nice with juice, coffee yogurt and waffles. Pretty awesome

Hotel clerk had to book us into 3 different rooms, because apparently the maids hadn't cleaned the 1st two as they appeared as if the room being occupied. The beds were not made up and the t.v. was on in one of them. The 3rd room was fine, but miniature toiletries were used
