Excelente atención

La Atencion del personal es desastrosa, siempre mal predispuestos no ayudan a explicar nada, ofrecen tres piscinas que estan sucias y lejos quedan en otro condominio, eramos tres hospedandonos y no nos dieron vajilla para los tres justificandose que la caja viene solo para dos. No es no similar a como luce en las fotos, el baño la cantidad de agua para bañarse es poca.El desayuno es aceptable nada a poco. El estacionamiento es en la calle. Lo unico bueno es que queda en una hermosa ubicacion.

Trop cher changer le lit 2fois dans un mois laver le planche une fois chambre de bain as jamais été faite le prix sensé être 6200$ on charge 9500$ on as parlé à plusieurs personnes n en revenaient pas en plus on as fait un dépôt arrive sur les lieux avait des cendriers sur les tables partout et après 3semaines ont décidé qu on pouvait fumer dehors à cause d un locataire qui s est plaint la cerise sur le sunday j espère que vous serai en accord de remboursement sinon il y aura de la mauvaise publicité

Самый отвратительный отель и персонал ехидно улыбающийся когда приходишь с жалобой! Именно приходишь, так как на звонки они не отвечают! Номер был наполнен водой, персонал предложил самостоятельно вымыть полы и сказали что утних нет людей что бы подготовить номер. Дали два полотенца что бы вытереть пол. На следующий день в номере обвалилось жалюзи и испортило все что было на столе, на что персонал ответил «мы ничего не можем сделать» мы обратились с жалобой в букинг, букингу персонал ответил что от нас жалоб не поступало и мы остались довольны, поэтому не видят причину возмещать деньги, а возмещать деньги нужно как минимум потому что мы съехали на день раньше и ночевали в аэропорту, так как заменитььномер они не смогли, а оставаться в том не было возможности! В

I woke up to a giant dead roach on the ground. I hung some items in the closet and I forgot them. My husband called first thing in the morning to make arrangements to have the items mailed to us as it was expensive shoes, clothing and a special jacket. Not only was the front desk person rude, showed no integrity, but he also hung up on my husband. He gave the attendant the room number, 2401, then stated the room hasn't even been re-booked, proceeded to state that nothing was in the room and hung up. He called again to ask for a manager and he was left on hold then hung up on. They hired a great photographer for the room pictures. NOT a 3 star hotel at all. The severe lack of integrity by the phone attendant left a terrible impression and a whole in my wallet for items lost.

Room advertised on website and booked was not even comparable to the room upon check in! Very disappointing!! Had to pay for additional upgrade for a comparable room that was advertised as booked room. Did not receive room deposit back at check out.

Very, very deceiving pictures! I do a lot of research before booking and the one thing I liked about this was the sitting area along the broadwalk and view. My biggest complaint is this nice Tiki Hut shown in the pictures now has a 6’ high solid wood fence around it completely blocking your view and giving next to know where to sit. It’s a bike rental business under the hut and they claim to have been there for approx 2 years. So why don’t the pictures show this! Huge disappointment having no view or place to sit! The kind person that works there completely agreed with me and said the owners just don’t care. He assisted us in changing our room from one located in an ally between the hotels to one on the side with the huge fence. Not good but a bit better. Another issue is they have one office to check in and they own 23 properties! Well you can imagine the chaos and the wait time was long as stated in other reviews. The bed was comfortable thank god for that. When we walked in we felt sand all over the floor otherwise it was pretty clean. Our shower dripped non stop. Will not be returning.

I think for the price I paid it was worth it. Location is perfect, very close to the ocean. The bed was very comfort. The condition of the property is not too good but as I said for the price I paid, I can’t complain. I think the only think I can suggest is to train the staff to be more friendly and answer your question with good manners.

rooms were older than expected and have not been updated except for a poorly laid floor. Most of the rooms had no outdoor space which meant no where to eat anything that was prepared in the room guests had to sit on the bed to eat. Also there wasnt any storage for clothing
