booked online and paid on line 11 days before arrival, then found they charged our credit card again, had to go to front desk to get them to acknowledge the double charge. Their answer was that they were new and that if we had a problem we needed to call the manager. Also no bath towels in bathroom, only had hand towels to dry off after showering. No we have to monitor our credit card to see if they reverse the double charge, ugh! Good help is truly hard to find these days.
