拉斯布蘭克皮埃爾假日酒店(Pierre & Vacances Residence l'Ours Blanc)

Résidence très bien située à côté de toutes les commodités , commerces et pistes de ski - appartement propre et bien agencé, personnel accueillant , en famille nous y avons passé d’excellentses vacances. Je recommande !

Appartement 435 très vétuste, bruyant, éxigu à 3 personnes alors qu'il est prévu pour 5 ! Mis à part l'électroménager et la tv , tout semble d'origine... Moquette très sale et tâchée, peinture écaillée sur tout l'appartement , porte balcon qui ne ferme pas, nombreuses tâches de moisissures sur le plafond de la SDB, baignoire écaillée. Radiateur "grilles pains" et beaucoup de déperdition d'énergie avec la porte du balcon qui ne ferme pas. Absence de bagagerie. Point positif: personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute. D'un point de vue général, prestations bas de gamme, bien en deçà de ce que nous avait habitué P&V. C'est irrespectueux de louer ce type d'appartement en l'état ... Avec qq petits travaux peu onéreux , cela aurait corriger bien des points négatifs

Nous avons fait le choix d’une résidence Pierre & Vacances car nous avions une expérience préalable agréable. En revanche, la résidence de l’Alpe d’Huez semble ne pas être entretenue. La propreté de l’appartement quand nous sommes arrivés était loin d’être parfaite.

The best thing about our stay at the L'Ours Blanc residence was the attention of Miss Marianna and Mr. Allan at the reception, all small problems and questions were resolved by this VERY PROFESSIONAL team. Also, it is very close to the slopes and with a good apres ski with many shops and restaurants nearby. The only notable negative would be the problem with the wifi and perhaps a renovation of the apar**ents, the paint on the walls and the carpet on the floor.

Easy and efficient check in. Well appointed rooms/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and storage areas. All mods cons, with cleaning/hoovering appliances. Clean and tidy on arrival. Space will always be at a premium but ........ you get what you pay for. Heating worked fine and was fully adjustable. There was an abundance of hot water at all times. There is a reception area. We had a lovely balcony overlooking slopes/lifts, with 2 easy chairs. There was a safe in wardrobe. Appt is right next to the ski hire shop and about an easy 8 mins walk to lifts (up or downhill) and right off the main drag/high street with numerous bars and restaurants and a minutes walk to a large SPAR supermarket. There are numerous fast food places about. We recommend you book any restaurants in the first few days!!

Basic - yes. Small - yes. Functional - yes. As someone once told us, basic is fine but things should work and be clean. We had mould on the ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom. The mould has been sorted whilst we’ve been here-but the cleaning staff should be reporting so guests don’t have to. Holes have been filled but not painted over. The shower has bits missing. A bath panel is a makeshift piece of board. A double glazed window has blown. We have lived with it all. But tonight we’re packing to leave. I’ve gone under the beds to check we’ve not left anything and found two dirty glasses and a pair of knickers from a previous occupant. They have the audacity to ask Tenants to clean the kitchen when they can’t even do the basics. This is our 2nd P&V stay (previously in Avoriaz) where the standard has been so low. Considering this is the same company as Centerparcs there is no comparison. We are no easily fazed, but are not happy.

I don't typically leave reviews. I had a nice stay, but then the property kept spamming my ********** messaging center with ads to stay at other properties they own in Europe. I reported it to **********, but continued receiving spam, 3 messages in total, even a month after my stay. Thus I'm forced to leave a less than ideal review. Don't spam paying customers who did not agree to marketing communications.
