To the Bookers: Dont trust the staff at the reception, they can give you the rate, commission and etc but later on end up nothing on your hardwork. My FRIEND/COLLAGUE sent a group in the hotel, she was promised to be given a commission per room per night rate but ended up 0 and the receptionsit declined that he didn't give any commission agreement where infact, it was conversed with her on whatsapp, and telephone call since it was a last minute booking whereby emails was not accessible by that time. There are many more groups on the pipeline as i know and i hope the management could fix this and retain business ties with my friend. She was given a phone nunber ny the receptionist stating that it was the Manager/owner somehow he was rude and it seems not the Manager/owner as expected. She looks forward for the real Manager/Owner of the hotel, to hopefully fix this issue. The most disturbing part, the receptionist mentioned or pushed to have the payments on CASH so that he could do something. However we asked to pay via onlije transfer advance full payment but he rejected snd insisted to pay cash. Since the clients arent having enough cash, it ended up paying by CARD. So then the story started as the receptionist told my friend that the receptionist could do anything on giving the commisaion since it was jot paid in CASH. It seems so fishy in there and very unprofessional. So beware of this.... I hope this helps to all the bookers who planned to keep your guests in his hotel. Thanks, Mary
