I love the view. The room was very clean. The parking was good. It was close to town. I didn't like that we only got 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels in the room but they gave me more when asked. We had 2 people staying in the room

nice place Website says pet friendly When I got there Front desk said only dogs I travel with my cat but not always Would if I had brought him and been turned away with nowhere to go. The room rate brought me to this property

The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. We arrived in the evening and the room was an ice box. The heat was not on and it took hours to warm the room up. I asked for more blankets and they only had one. Right away saw dirt on the duvet cover of one of the beds. I didn’t look closer at the bed linen because we needed to sleep. The reception didn’t seem to care about the lack of cleanliness. Second day we had cold showers. I won’t go back.

The beds are hard and very uncomfortable the room i was in had issues locking staff didnt understand what i meant i went out pulled door shut got back card wouldnt work pushed on door and it opened jetted tub was amazing and big it was fairly cleaned compaired to other places and they get you anything you need eg coffee towels

I would not recommend this property. Reception was terrible. It was snowing and the parking lot was not cleared, even the next morning, nothing was shoveled or plowed. I booked a king bed and the woman told me I was getting 2 doubles because it was unsafe for housekeeping to climb the stairs to the 2nd level, to clean the king rooms. I was also told not to mess up both double beds because it was easier for the housekeepers to change 1 bed. There wasn’t a stopper in the tub, had to have a shower. Had to call for someone to get the TV on, remote wouldn’t work. I lost my key in the snow, reception was closed (6:30am) rang the bell, same woman opened the door a crack, made me wait outside until she brought me another key. There wasn’t any breakfast offered. What a terrible stay. She also quoted me the wrong amount for having my dog with me. It said on the wall $15, but I set that straight right away.

Outside Property needs sprucing up.. offered free breakfast on website but did not provide this amenity!! This was one of reasons for booking this place.

Train station across the street - engine ran all night. Staff and room were great! We had room to park a truck and trailer which was a plus.

Quite honestly the only thing that was decent was the view. Pictures show absolutely nothing of what is visible. Hotel sign shows breakfast and the was no breakfast.

DONT STAY THERE Extremely rude check in, dirty bathroom bathtub did not drain and blood on the sheets. Disgusting.
