Good and clean

The room was pretty spacious and the beds gave us such sound sleep. We loved the view from our room window that overlooked the lake. One thing we didn't like was that there was an old blood stain on the inside of the comforter which we thankfully caught in time before the night. We reported it to the staff and they gave us a new one immediately. Apart from that, everything else was good, not bad for the price we paid.

Avoid Knights Inn Huntsville The washroom in my first room was dirty, toilet seat with stains and hair. I asked to switch rooms, but you still get what you pay for, mukky carpets, creaky beds. On top of that, the location is noisy, right next to the main road, so sleep was impossible. The worst part is the service. I spoke with a host named Ken and asked to speak with management. They dodged the request and refused to connect me. When I said I wanted to check out immediately due to the condition of the rooms, they said to talk to *******, they won't deal with it. I checked out the next morning, returned the keys, and made it clear I was leaving, only to find out later they still charged me for the second night. When I called, they admitted no one else was checked into the room, but they kept it under my name and refused to refund me. Shady business practices, dirty rooms, and rude, unhelpful staff. Never staying at a Knights Inn again, and I recommend you don’t either. Many better hotels in Huntsville that actually offer good service.

I stayed at this roadside motel for a quick stop 2 days. Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option, but there are a few things worth noting. The room was clean and check-in was quick and on time, which I appreciated. However, the bed was not made on next day during my stay — maybe that’s standard policy. Also, one of the lights was flickering, which was a bit annoying, and the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t strong enough to watch sports. That said, if you’re looking for a clean and affordable place to rest for a night or two, this motel gets the job done.

Room smelled like cleaner covering smoke smell - Not super clean - I had to wipe down everything - I left window open and fan on for a few hours and helped with smell - Not a quiet place as you can hear everything Positive side - the location worked for me and the owner /manager was friendly

easy check in, however the toilet wasn't working properly and the TV wasn't working properly, however, after walking to the office and speaking directly with a staff member, they came back to the room to resolve the deficiencies in the room. we only stayed one night. smoking outside the room is allowed with large smoking butt pails. so if you prefer the smell of clean air, keep this in mind. they are also a pet friendly hotel, so keep in mind the sound of dogs potentially barking. this is across from the river so a nice view. staff are pleasant and accessible to resolve any issues.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The comp breakfast kept running out of coffee and supplies. The Ad had no mention of a $100 security deposit. The Staff member who checked us in had zero communication skills with clientele , bordering on rude

The room itself was just ok but not on par with other hotels in the area which are closer to the downtown core. The biggest issue is that we never got our deposit back. We called them and the lady was rude and not helpful. They claim they refunded it but refuse to provide any proof that they have done so. Credit card company says they have not.
