In spite of reading lots of bad reviews about this hotel, I took the risk of booking and staying here, looking at the photos and location. It is a good location, but the cleanliness was bad, the room had a very bad smell, it was like suffocating. The reception staffs were very slow and they were not able to communicate a simplest requirement. If anyone wants to take risk like me and want to stay here, then it is up to you. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed here for 2 days that was nice stay and nice ppl room service is good house keeping abhi***yu is a nice guy and the view is excellent from the room

The ambience is so good l. Sravani has done a great work following up with the stay and great team work is also done. The lobby is so great and the concierge has done good job . The garden in the so beautiful and swimming pool is nice.😊 The. Dishes in room service are so good

Dear ***agement, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, Our Guest experience was far from the expectations one would have for a reputable establishment like yours. From the moment I entered the premises, I was met with an overwhelming sense of disappoin**ent. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the staff seemed disinterested in providing any form of assistance. The lack of professionalism was evident throughout my entire stay. Upon entering my room, I was appalled by the level of cleanliness or, rather, the lack thereof. It was evident that the housekeeping staff did not prioritize cleanliness, as there were visible stains on the bedding and an overall unkempt appearance to the room. The bathroom was equally unsatisfactory, with questionable hygiene standards. The amenities promised on your website were either nonexistent or in a state of disrepair. The so-called "complimentary Wi-Fi" was more of a frustration than a convenience, as the connection was consistently weak and unreliable. The fitness center, touted as a highlight of the hotel, was a collection of outdated equipment that seemed more suitable for a museum than a modern facility. The dining experience was equally disappointing. The menu lacked variety, and the quality of the food did not live up to the prices charged. It was disheartening to see other guests sharing similar sentiments, as the a**osphere in the restaurant reflected a general sense of dissatisfaction. In addition to the subpar accommodations, the overall ambiance of the hotel was far from welcoming. The staff's attitude towards guests appeared indifferent at best, and it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority. I believe it is crucial for your ***agement to be aware of these issues, as they significantly impact the reputation of your establishment. I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and consider implementing improvements to prevent future guests from having such a disappointing experience. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing about the steps your hotel will take to address these concerns. I Attached worst Room Pictures for your reference .

This hotel advertise as a 3/4 star hotel, however standards of this hotel is not even close to 2 star. First of all, the condition of the hotel is poor, other than the hallway, the whole place is very run down. There are mold & cracks all over the walls, bubbled wallpapers, stained carpets and a pungent smell. The dress code of the staff are dirty, the key card doesn't work and not in good condition. There isn't even a safe in the room! Speaking of the room, the bathroom is unacceptable with broken toilet seats, stains on the bath tub, and rusty taps which requires WD40 to get them working. Cupboards with missing handles, TV that you expect in the 2000s. All in all, it is dirty, noisy and unsafe. Again, I am shocked that is claimed as a 3/4 star hotel, if there is a negative star hotel, this is a definition of this. The pictures they have advertised on ******* are false, and easily deceptive. These are the reason why we had to cut our stay and go somewhere, and we will never come back here again, nor will I recommend anyone to stay here.

Good location in centre of city , 24 hour connectivity and lots of options for food , rooms are near and clean and good service , room service is good and wide array of breakfast. Good for business and leisure travel . Sightseeing places are nearby and shopping options .

This place sucks. Not a 4-star. I would not even give this place 1-star. Don't get fooled by the pictures they have posted. Bathroom sewer stinks. Roof leaks. I can go on and on. Best way to understand what I am stating is to check the room before you book. Staff are extremely unfriendly.

We came for dinner at food exchange with family, we like food and all Indian sweet dishes , I liked soup tomato shorba. Over all good .Mr Malik,Joy, and Bharat rakesh they taking care nicely. Thank you so much to all team members. We will come again.

It is very worst hotel. No ***agement. Room allo**ent took 90 minutes at 10 pm. No AC working in reception at 34° celcius. AC not working in room. Tub tap was not installed. They gave me keys of another room which was already occupied. Third time around 11. 30 pm they gave another room where AC was working @24°celcius only. Almost five guests who were feeling terrible like me were there. NO ONE SHOULD FALL IN THIS TRAP. THE PROPERTY IS BIG AND ALL BUT WORTHLESS. CA ANIL Gupta.
