This hotel is not as advertised in the pictures. It is VERY dirty. There is no elevator and smells like stale smoke. I would never stay here again. The pictures are not accurate at all. Do not recommend.

Enjoyed my stay wasn't like the other reviews made it to be honestly. Very professional staff and shout out to Ms Cookie who's very sweet and works super hard thank you for your courtesy. As well to the other staff members who have always been nice to my wife and work hard too. i hate seeing the reviews saying all of the negative when in reality it wasn't bad at all.

I checked into This hotel expecting a full kitchen stocked with everything that they offer but instead when I checked in the agent at the front desk Anna was not only extremely rude but was crying when I arrived not sure why but she was rude to me, started screaming at me because I asked for dishes, pots, utensils etc., as they advertise as a fully stocked kitchen, she said if someone brings theirs back, I'll let you know. She finally gave me a room key and when I got to the room, someone was already inside. She was still crying when I returned, she was on the phone with her manager who refused to talk to me saying I was screaming at her and yes I did scream back! I finally get a room that was empty only to be greater by a very large bug that looks like a cockroach. The next morning I went to speak to the manager, who's name I can't recall right now Andrew or Andy, it started with A, only to be asked to leave because he said it wasn't a good fit and I screamed at his employee. I asked him if he even knew or cared why she was crying in the first place he just looked at me very confused, I told him gladly but not without a full refund‼️I dialed there corporate office who is Blackstone by the way, they own this hotel chain, I left several messages and not one person has called me back but I did receive a full refund but WILL NEVER UNDER ANY Circumstances stay at an Extended stay hotel EVER

It was overall a pretty nice place in a good location, but our commode was backed up, so it wasn't exactly a relaxing trip. Management and housekeeping need to check to make sure the commodes are working BEFORE letting guests check in. We got in late, and that was an added stressor to our already stressful day. Otherwise, though, all was well...

Worst experience I’ve had in very long time not worth it. Customer service is the worst not very clean and not approachable or respectful or take any responsibility.

It was full of border aliens mostly single men ..... Parking lot next to property had others under a car port waiting for something ?

They chk'd me into a riom that had not been cleaned. Had ti return ti the desk to get another key.

I had issues with door getting in and they need to spray for roaches They need to update the showers and fix curtains over the air conditioners.

I was here on business and needed to re check in early in the morning before I lay down because I sleep during the day and work at night and Jasmine from the front desk. Really knew what she was doing. And how to handle my third party reservation problem . Thank you extended , stay america for actually hiring somebody who knows how to run the the front desk

The people running the property were courteous, honest and very helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful

Property is run down not worth the price.

Overall, nice for extended stay, but no heat. I didn’t mention it .
