帕拉佐公寓(The Palazzo)

I made a casual visit to know the details of the service apt in person. .The exterior look of the building and the location is awesome. Inspected one or two rooms for having an idea. The latch fixed in one of the room is not in good condition. Further after entering into the balcony side, noticed that the back side of the wooden door is damaged giving shabby look. When the same was pointed out to the executive of the Ap**ent she was not happy with my comment and gave rude reply giving less respect to the feedback of the visitor. I request the proprietor of the Apt to advise the staff to behave accordingly. Other than this the property is really good.

Overall a good stay if travelling for work purpose.

On the way returning from holy place BASAR with my family, had opted for the hotel palazzo in kukatpally, Hyderabad. Hotel staff had disturbed all the night even after knowing that the family with infants are staying. kept on knocking the doors due to some party going in the facility. It was really terrible and had a sleep-less night and struggled all over the night with my family and infants. With the disturbance, infants started crying and was totally disturbed.
