The services is unbelievable. I’m struggling to communicate with the customer service and also as well with the people in person in front of the desk. English is basic! I’m lucky have my sister can speak Korean. When I arrived for sure first think is about the check in and deposit payment. The surcharge are unbelievable and unreasonable, because I had paid everything online. Sick!
