「房間不大，可能是親子房放了一張大床，2張梳化床關係。有浴缸，蠻乾淨。早餐11.99磅一位，小童（15還是17歲以下免費），品質可以。推薦!」

「這家飯店還不錯，地點很好，去薩頓商業街很方便。 有幾點需要改進，例如床墊的品質。我不太喜歡睡在上面。即使鋪了床墊保護套，床墊中間還是會下陷。而且有時候浴室會散發出異味。 除此之外，入住體驗整體來說還不錯。」

「Location is accessible to the train station. Room size is quite spacious however the bathroom is too small for a family. The oven and other utensils are not well cleaned. In general, it a bit over price in terms of the cleanliness. And we have left something in the room after check out, we have sent 2 emails to the hotel but no reply at all. This is a bit disappointing as a hotel group!」

「飯店不錯，沒什麼特別的。我喜歡他們提供的休閒設施（游泳池、按摩浴缸、桑拿、土耳其浴室、健身房），雖然衛生條件略差，但與飯店相對低廉的價格相符。 然而，在我們入住的最後一天，我們被嚇了一跳，因為凌晨1點，一對夫婦在走廊裡吸煙，火警突然響起，船上的人都慌了神，想要逃生。 總之，我在這裡住了11晚，感覺還不錯。」

「入住當天,門將告訴我們,雖然已經18:00,但我們的房間還沒有準備好。當我們得知他是唯一完成10多個房間的所有家務的人。我們理解並等待他大約5分鐘完成剩餘的工作。房間很大,清潔度在可接受的水平。我兒子睡後感覺癢,幸運的是很快康復。我們讚賞酒店提供麪包,雞蛋,培根,蘋果汁等,供客戶準備自己的早餐。從我的角度來看,我仍然會推薦這家酒店,因爲它的收費不高,同時提供食物,免費停車場和大房間。在我離開的那天,我發現還有另一個助理來完成家務工作。希望管理層能理解惡劣的工作環境,僱用更多的員工保持服務標準。」

「Had a good stay at the Greyhound Hotel.Stayed in a Classic double,which was large,with all the Amenities. The Shower was Fantastic,a large Rainfall shower with plenty of power,one of the best I have come across. Bed was large,but the lighting took a bit of getting used too.Also the TV had poor reception,and was unusable at times,but these were only minor Gripes. Has a Restaurant which serves decent Food,and good selection of Beers. The Car park also seemed secure,which is important to me with my work Van. All I all a nice hotel,reasonable value,good size room,and the best shower around!」
