Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

總共有兩層樓，1樓有三間房、廁所、洗衣間，和一間可泡澡的大浴缸；二樓是客餐廳、廚房、一間臥室，和一間較小的衛浴，廁所。讓人有住在家裡的感覺。廚房有瓦斯爐、微波爐，冰箱和大垃圾桶，也有提供餐盤、碗、杯、鍋具，可以在附近超市買東西回來煮，很方便。附近除了有超市也有7-11也很方便。整體而言，如果人數多蠻適合的，也適合家庭親子遊。

【優點：無敵海景與環境】 這次入住海景房，房間看出去的景色非常漂亮，離海邊也很近，整體看海放鬆的感受很好。 隔天的早餐有提供三種選擇。 【實住心得與建議改善】 不過有些小細節，覺得還有進步的空間： 早餐表現：雖然早餐貼心地提供了三種品項可以選，但整體口味和精緻度個人覺得比較普通，沒有到預期中的水準之上，稍顯可惜。 洗澡水溫：浴室的洗澡水偶爾會忽冷忽熱、不太穩定，洗澡時需要一直微調。 陽台設施：陽台的椅子可能因為靠海的關係有些氧化，坐下去之後褲子會沾到白白的粉末，建議大家坐之前要先鋪個東西，也希望旅宿能留意並協助清潔或更換。 小黑蚊出沒：周遭偶爾會有小黑蚊，如果是比較體質吸蚊子的朋友，記得要自己準備防蚊液。 整體來說海景跟地點很棒，但硬體細節和餐點如果能再加強，CP值會更高。

酒店位置比較偏，適合自駕。我們是包車一日遊加了錢到達的。因為通行有一位日語特別好的，酒店就不用英文和我們不會日語的人溝通了（可能不會）。入住當天跟前台説想要定4天後去那霸機場的付費大巴，酒店前台竟然直接把電話給朋友讓他自己和班車服務溝通。溝通後説班車滿了，能不能加人需要到隔天工作時間確認，並且告知我們酒店去機場的班車最好定酒店的時候就定好。雖然最後還是坐到了到機場的付費大巴，但是等酒店確認的時間裏還是挺不安的，因為打車到機場大概需要2-3萬日幣（前台説的價格）。 酒店有點就是房間非常大，價格也不貴。但是進了酒店基本就衹能使用酒店的服務了。酒店特色是可以租高爾夫車在酒店移動，但是需要日本駕照。沒高爾夫車可以坐酒店循環大巴，免費但是不靈活。整體來説日本客比佔90%以上，所以溝通基本衹能日語了。

愛貓人士有福了，這裡有衹黑色的看板貓。沒有打掃服務，但是要求更換毛巾和清理垃圾桶（要把垃圾桶放在門外邊）。洗衣間是洗烘分開（這就很好了，洗烘一體的根本烘不幹）免費用，但要事先問前台買洗衣液柔順劑，都是一百日元一包

Hotel Route Inn Nago 真是個驚喜！服務非常棒，非常周到熱情。房間雖然不大，但乾淨整潔，設施齊全。一大亮點是溫泉浴－超級放鬆，是一天遊玩後放鬆身心的絕佳方式。內含的自助早餐種類豐富。總而言之，這次住宿體驗很棒，我強烈推薦給所有想在名護尋找舒適溫馨住處的人！

已經入住多次～但感覺房間價格好像有越來越貴的感覺～ 大概太多台灣人去了吧… 很喜歡他離海灘很近～ 晚上打開窗戶就能聽到海浪的聲音 房間算蠻大的 2張床也很好睡 然後停車費降價了變成一晚700日圓 記得之前要1500日圓 然後延後退房一個人一個小時500日圓 本次房間樓層第一次這麼低～拍出去的時候有點被擋住了 然後早餐普通～

老闆親切，房間有洗衣機跟小廚房的套房，連鍋碗瓢盆餐具都準備齊全，房間算不到太大，但乾淨又舒適，床睡起來很舒服～ 斜對面就是7-11。我是不介意附近有墳墓，看起來就是一個個的小房子，停車方便會看到很可愛的貓貓，但記得不要餵食～ 整體來說是有機會會再回訪的好地方，離大家阿古豬跟美麗海不遠

房間很乾淨很漂亮。 這就像一個公寓房間,廚房,衛生間和浴室是分開的,還有一台洗衣機,這非常有幫助! 我希望房間裏有一次性拖鞋。 一樓有一家冰淇淋店,看起來很好吃。

飯店位置距離來客夢需要10多分鐘 蠻方便的，而且房間位置超寬敞 網路說的浴室廁所比較老式舊式 我覺得還可以接受 只是洗面台好低 每次刷牙洗臉都需要蹲著洗漱 還有隔音很差 所以連續兩天遇到素質很差的台灣遊客 10點多準備休息了 小孩還在串門子大聲嚷嚷 真的有夠丟臉 餐廳位置偏僻許多 所以建議從市區回程時超市採買宵夜 比較適合唷 飯店內也有提供洗衣機烘衣機 5樓只有各一組 我跑去7樓同時有兩組 不擔心沒有辦法使用 也有投幣機 一樓也有販售可愛的伴手禮 零食泡麵 只是商店時間沒有到很晚 建議提早購買 一個晚上4000元台幣 兩個大床再加床，還有包含早餐 真的真的非常值得
