This is literally the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was sleeping when the house keeping guy came knocking on my door 4 times in less than 30 minutes, every time I go outside to tell him that I don’t need it, but he kept coming, till they drove me crazyyyy. This is just one incident, the whole experience was terrible. Don’t recommend it at all.

Incountered with a false allegation to one of my co-workers in our business trip saying that he broke one of the hotel's property. However, the property was already damaged and the hotel was just trying to cover the cost of fixing it by scamming one of their customers by the full price of the property and not just the damage cost. The hotel locked the gates on all of our busses preventing us from finishing our project and causing huge delays in our time plan. Moreover, in another room that was occupied by other co-workers, the door locked had been broken locking them inside for 5 hours till the hotel service acted and fixed the issue

This is the most awful experience i have ever experienced in a hotel poor management, bad trea**ent and the managers are so rude! They are not responding to your requests and the room service was very bad! They also not allowed us to stay in the lobby for bo reasons!

During reservation at reception, I ordered room with balcony then after entering the room found it with small space didn’t allow to put chair and table .but after negotiations they agreed to put small table and chail in this narrow balcony . The seconed point ,this is business trip so i need to access Wi Fi in the room but I couldn’t find the network and called the reception and told me Wi Fi only outside the rooms 🤔🤔🤔. Third point ,on the departure day called reception and requested to have late check out and they were agree to 2:00 pm and at 12:30 pm the room key was locked andwent to reception to activate the key ,they told me you must must check out now 🤬🤬🤬 because we have a lot of guests needed to check in ,but I told them that you agreed to make late checkout at 2:00 pm Don’t go to there on the summer.

I am staying here for 2 nights for conference trip. I will not talk about the decoration and the style of the place. Because they are average with no codes could be found. The rooms are not clean, and you can notice the dirty carpet and the floor of the bathroom. The worse thing that happened to me that i wanted extra blanket, i called the room service at 6 pm, they said ok, till 1a.m no one show up. I called the front desk , they said there is many orders they have to finish these orders then someone will bring me the blanket..and if the room is cold i can turn on the A.C.. When i talked to my collegeue and friends who are attending with me all of them had problems with their rooms and no one here is helping. The food has no taste at all. I recommend everyone to think twice before paying any pound to stay here, although the view of the water and the canal is nicez but the service that someone will find is really bad

One of my worst places I have visted in my life. Bad service, dirty toliets, loud music and noise everywhere, very underwhelming choices of food and drinks . I didn't feel that I'm in a 5 stars place at anytime of my visit.

Our stay was not as per expectation…the staff were untrained & unprofessional. Location is spectacular, food is horrible!
