I booked at this hotel for 3 nights, and the receptionist, Ida, and Mr. Ismail, were very nice. When their working hours were over, others came, and unfortunately they were uncooperative, their manners were strange, and they did not belong to those who came before them in any way. However, I put my bags with them until I left on the same day, and when I asked the worker to brought the bags outside and I was standing with him and told him that these were the bags. Unfortunately, he brought the bag and missed one ,because he was busy chasing others for tips. I arrived at the airport and discovered the error and they did not even try to contact me and I had to return to the hotel from the airport and it cost me 120 dollars one way.

One of the best hotels and best area of town, The staff were very friendly and nice as well as helpful by all means . The service was amazing by all hotel staff.I highly recommend this hotel. Awesome food And big thanks to, Ayhan, Esmail and Ozgur.

الفندق هادئ وراقي ونظيف وموقعة ممتاز في وسط نيشان تشيه والموظفين ودوين جميعهم من موظفي الاستقبال وحتى العاملين ومرحبين على الدوم ملاحظة واحدة فقط ان الهاوس كيبنج كانت تدخل علينا الصبح 😂💔 ونقول لها رجعي عقب . والغرفة الستاندر ضيقة بس مرتبة وراقية وفيها بلكونة صغيرة. واذا رجعت وباسكن في نفس المنطقة باسكن فيه لانه خمس نجوم وسعره ممتاز مقارنة بالفنادق اللي جنبه جداً مرتفعة . ويوجد موظف اسمه ايهان جداً ودود ولطيف . وباقي الموظفين لا تحضرني اسمائهم ولكن كما ذكرت الجميع ودود .

ايهان موظف جدا رائع والاستقبال جدًا رائعين والخدمة كذلك ممتازة والفندق فخم وخمس نجوم ومكان الفندق في نشتاشي قريب من الماركات العالمية وقريب من كل اسنطبول واطلالة الفندق جدا رائعة وتعامل المرظفين راقي

الفندق حلو ولغرف نظيفة وتعامل العاملين بالفندق جداً راقين ومحترمين وبالأخص EDA و AYHAN شكراً على التعامل الطيب وأنا سعيد جداً بالاقامه في الفندق وانصح أنكم تسكنون فيه وأنا اعتمدت هذا الفندق كل ما جيت تركيا راح اسكن فيه

Un hôtel incroyable, un super emplacement dans le meilleur quartier européen, le personnel est très accueillant et le petit déjeuner très complet , la vue de la terrasse est très belle et je reviendrai avec plaisir .

Amazing service. Bedroom is very nice. Bed is really nice. Breakfast is amazing and the shower is wow. Vibe is really nice. Amazing location. Mr. Muhammad, Mr. Uzghur, Mr. Unur, Ms. Eda all are really awesome. They even help you if need anything an any time of the day or night. All staff are solid people with solid hospitality. Definitely recommend.

Had a 3 day business trip to Istanbul and decided to try to stay at the hotel. It was a super nice experience, friendly staff and superb breakfast serving. Only issue was that they where not able to issue any reciep to me upon check out and after trying to contact the hotal in their own contact formular on their website, they still have not made any reply. So hard to use on business trips if you need recieps for your expenses...:-)
