Great place to stay very spacious the stove top, full size fridge and microwave was very handy traveling with a teenager and an 8yr old on a family vacation also came with dishes and utensils and the space was way more then we thought it was amazing even extended the 10day trip a couple more days to enjoy more

Despite reading reviews and viewing cleanly pictures of the hotel prior to booking (rating the hotel 8.2 on *******), we were HIGHLY disappointed with our stay. I had spoken with the front desk while checking in and they were saying they were pretty booked and they seemed rushed to get guests checked in. We got to our room and it looked as if someone had done the bed sheets and that's it. The lights and A/C were on and there were stains and crumbs on the furniture and even crumbs in the fridge. I am a loyal Hilton Honors member and have been for the past 3 years and this is not the standard Hilton promotes - I haven't had any issues like this with Hilton in the past and I am very, very disappointed. I am also very disappointed at the price we paid to stay in a Hilton room with conditions that very unsanitary. I booked on last minute and could have stayed anywhere else in the area, but trusted that a Hilton would be the best option as I've had zero problems in the past. However, after this incident, I will now have to consider different options that will truly accommodate me as they say they will. I would appreciate this message being brought to the attention of any higher ups within the company, to make sure this doesn't happen to me and my colleagues again, but more importantly, any other Hilton guests. Hilton, I know you can do better. I would appreciate any compensation in return as I was very upset and disappointed with my Hilton stay. Thank you

Staff was great. Room was very clean and ready for me. Old property was remodeled but some areas were clearly older. Overall, very pleased. Location was great.

Checking in was welcoming, easy and fast. I went to turn on the shower the had a hard time opening the shower doors they don't glide/slide open. After showering I went to blow dry my hair and noticed there was a blow dryer. I notified the front desk at 10a.m. that I would like a blow dryer and fresh towels. I even sent a text and said I would come get it. They assured me they would have housekeeping bring it. I never received the blow dryer, and I didn't receive the towels until I was leaving for work and stop by the front desk to tell them I need them. When I returned later that day I had towels in my room. No blow dryer.

I liked the location - it’s located in the Town Center mall so it’s very convenient!! I didn’t like they double charged me for the room… there was no pillow case on the extra pillow… no in room safe… the coffee make didn’t work…no ice machines on the floors so you have to ask for ice…

Beautiful hotel, very clean and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy.

We like the location. Minutes from Mayo Clinic and a short walk to dining and shopping. Nice staff, quiet rooms. Clean.

I wanted to love my stay but with 30 degree weather, my room had NO HEAT. There wasn’t a space heater or anything provided to me, I was given extra blankets but, I wasn’t in bed for my entire stay.
