Very good value accom in central location near bus transport etc. Helpful staff. Rooftop area where we enjoyed sitting for drinks away from the street but looking out at the action. Outdoor sitting area downstairs also good respite. Restuarant provides good basic food.

Conveniently located, Atithi Guest House exceeds expectations. Spacy and airy rooms, in the second floor a great terrasse for guests to spend their leisure time, and very caring staff. Credit cards are accepted and work fine. Wifi is strong and fast. Walking distance from the railway station (some 15 minutes, easy walk). Just a few walking minutes away from the nearest metro station Sindhi Camp. From there an easy and cheap (12 Rp. in March 2024) to the old town (Metro Badi Chaupar). Overall, highly recommended guest house!

Very helpful staff, friendly and very willing to give you advice about the city and what to do but not working with any tour guides to sell you things - free advice. The place was clean and comfortable with easy access to the metro, train and bus station. Would stay again.

This is to express my honest feelings and thoughts on my stay at the Atithi Guest House Jaipur India. First and farmost I would like to write my thoughts about the booking, honestly from the point I booked the hotel via *********** when I was still residing in Dubai its was always easy to keep in contact with the provided contact personal of the Guest House, each time I called the owner of the guest house answer the call and speaks very professionally and politely and clarify all my doubts. Then comes the staff experience, my stay was 35 nights and from the moment I arrived at the guest house, the staff member Mr. Anoop who acts as the day time manager, and Mr. Shambu who is the night time manger was very helpful and treated me in a professional manner, nothing bad to highlight. Then it's comes to the room. The overall experience initially was not bad it was a specious room with it was abit untidy when I arrive however the staff of the hotel did a good job cleaning it and big thanks to Mr.Tanmay who is one of the owners of the Guest House who actively attend for any inquiries or any request, and not to forget Mr. Tanmay wife who would always have a smile on her face and would ask for an update on the stay experience very nice family. Then when it comes for food I did not see a high variety of options to choose from there in-house Taru Chaya Restaurant since its a vegan menu they offer,not to mention the food still taste amazing however if you request they can arrange egg dishes which is not shown in the menu since we as foreigners we do not have a idea of such names on dishes in India my humble request to the higher management is to amend the existing menu so that people would actually know the amazing verity of dishes that is available in your in-house restaurant Taru Chaaya, and for the non veg people, you can always order via Zomato and enjoy your meal right in your room. Talking about the surrounding and location I must agree with some of the prior reviews one is the smell of pee in the road, and noises of the vehicles might trouble some when sleeping where for me I did not mind it and its not as loud as many said its a slight noise that you might hear since its very near to the busy road which is expected.the location is very close to the metro station, tour buses serves providers, VFS, and for number of tourists main point locations in jaipur so I can tell its located in a very prime location Overall, I would like to say that the experience was amazing and I would surely return back with my family next time when i visit Jaipur. Unsure what the hype is with this accommodation. Very substandard. The rooms were extremely cold and no way to heat them (windows were fused open and no A/C unit), we asked multiple times for more blankets which were provided but still not enough to make us warm. They had plently of stains and ripped edges. Very old and worn linens. The shower didn't work so we had a bucket shower which was okay expect the water rarely ran warm. The room is basic which is fine but not represented as per the photos or the other reviews. The hotel staff were very helpful when we asked for blankets etc and provided us a map of places to go. They seem to be in with some tuk tuk drivers and pass on your information without your consent. We went for a walk and had a driver approach us with information only the hotel knew (such as who we were and where we were from) on the road side. We didn't feel that was appropriate that the hotel passed on this to a complete stranger. Not very professional. Overall the stay could have been better, we won't be back.

Best budget stay, 2 min walk to main bus stand and popular attraction places such as hawa mahal, jantar mantar etc are approx 3 kms away.

Pleasant hotel, with lots of plants, nice restaurant and good food. Friendly helpful staff, good wi-fi. Good location, but street noise a bit of a problem.

What an amazing experience! We traveled around India for two weeks, staying in different hotels every other night and so far nothing beats our experience in Atithi Guest House! The room was very clean and looked after, we had a beautiful balcony, and the bathroom was very clean with very good water pressure. The premises were very clean all around the guest house. And all the staff were extremely helpful with any questions we had and provided us with very helpful advice for our trip and rates we should be paying for travelling with a rickshaw or a taxi. The owner and manager of the guest house was such a kind, well spoken, and welcoming person, that made me want to visit Jaipur again! During our three days we had food within the guest house numerous times and each time was delicious and cooked from scratch! All the requests we made were met with a smile and we enjoyed every single bite. Overall this guest house was the gem of our holiday and I would highly recommend it to any traveler. The location is very central and close to any sightseeing you might want to do, yet the street outside is quiet which allows for a peaceful time when resting during the night or day. We stay at Atithi Guest House everytime we visit Jaipur. On our last visit we stayed for almost 3 months. Although they call themselves a Guest House, they offer all the facilities of a really good hotel. Their advertising strap line is ' Your Home' and certainly with the personal service offered by all the staff, you feel at home within minutes of arriving. Anoop the daytime manager and Shambu the night manager are always on our case, ensuring we have everything we need. They have an excellent restaurant on site and no matter if its breakfast, evening meal or a daytime snack, Dhanesh is there to make sure everything about your meal is perfection. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the position is perfect for taking the Metro into the old city and the mainline station is just a few minutes away. Atithi offer fantastic value for money and having stayed in other hotels in Jaipur in the past, we will only stay at Atithi now.

i travel india for business and my favorite hotel in jaipur because of owners staff value for money homeiness and good food is always this guest house past 5 years! i love the rooftop for late night snacks and the reception is kept so clean.

I checked in on this hotel for two days stay at this hotel in January , 2023 third week. Hotel is very clean . Guys keep the cleaning very well and it is good to stay here. Also having a kitchen in the ground floor, I only had two days break fast as Paratha , and it was okay. I did not have much food from here. The Gali leading to the hotel and surroundings of the hotel is bit filthy , but once you step in to the hotel, you will be relaxed. Good effort to keep it clean. Some maintenance is required it looks. I would suggest this to family and friends who wanted to stay safe and economical.

We have been there several times and would continue in future. Home away from home and a very calm and serene environment. It's like an oasis middle of the busy street. Food is homely & freshly cooked. Service are best and very neat & clean room. Whenever at Jaipur, this is like home.

I stayed here for 4 days and slept on dirty old linen on all days. This is despite me bringing it up and the room was not clean as well. It could take 15 mins for hot water to turn up in your shower after switching it on. My room didn’t have a phone or an exhaust fan or a working shower even though I paid for a premium room and had to ask housekeeping for clean towels, toilet paper and soap that they forgot to put. Other than the negligence, the property has street cats in the balcony and veranda. Important for those who are allergic or phobic. Most things on the menu are not available and The wifi comes and goes. Walls of the room are thin enough that you can even hear a person sneeze in the other room, toilet flush noise, common area noise ( sometimes after bedtime). Balcony overlooks a garbage pile and has a foul smell. You can hear trucks at 5 am in the morning as it’s located next to a bus stand, so definitely you can’t sleep in peace. Do not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and felt we received a lot of value for the price. The place is very clean, the food good and they have a lot of shared areas with nice places to relax or have food. The only downsides were that they have the same check in and checkout time. Which of course is not possible since they clean the rooms in between. So you might have to wait some time to get the room. But then it is also clean for real! The second thing was that the wi-fi was not so good. And it created some issues for us as we were there to work. But the owner promised that they are planning to improve this in the future. That the hotel is also owned and run by a family makes them very service minded and helpful. The location is also good for business and has plenty of restaurants in the area.
