It was my first time in Uganda and in Fontis Residence Hotel, I really appreciate the service we received from the hotel. The staff are really helpful and well organized. I will definitely come back next time. I will love to thank the Food and beverage Manager Rashid. He is really awesome guy with a very good hospitality experience. Thank you so much and up the good work.

Had a lovely breakfast here with friends. The place is really well built and beautiful. We had the breakfast area to ourselves. The service wasn’t great at all unfortunately. The food was quite nice though again let down by service. Just four breakfasts could not be served at the same time. The coffee was truly exceptional and I must investigate that a little more. Price was as expected for such a lovely place.

I loved the reception and the warm welcome, the place looks great and the bar Huchu is a good one for a laid back feeling as you drink some. The food was fairly great and the poolside is excellent. Me and the colleagues will surely be back

Its a calm, quiet and beautiful environment to catch up with friends . Security at the entrance was very helpful and keen. We had lunch at the restaurant and ordered rib eye and T bone steak. The steak was dry without flavor. We didn’t like the Food . Our server was very friendly.

Stayed on BB basis. Should offer variety for breakfast. Friendly staff esp the pool attendant and front office staff. Spacious and clean rooms but lacked sufficient bathroom amenities for the rate they are charging. Loved the gym, pool and the privacy of the hotel.

The best steak in Kampala by a million miles . Quite a posh restaurant without being pretentious . Lack of vegetables on the menu . Would have been 5 stars but our order was messed up so had to wait for chips and rice after meal was served. Would definitely visit here again

We had whole chicken and fries it was massive the environment was cool and good and the service was good we really enjoyed enjoyed we had fun and everything was good the hospitality the food the people the calmness of the place

Had a virgin mojito and I must say this was the best place I have had it. Well prepared, taken at a good ambiance and enjoyed an afternoon with good soft music and poolside breeze. A place I would recommend someone to visit.

Came in for an afteernoon bite and a drink and came at just the right time for happy hour at the bar. One thing i loved is the place is not so packed and the music is soft allowing you to talk to each other as you enjoy.
