Rooms were so dirty and stinky. Pillows had stain marks. There was intolerable smell of spray coming through out the stay. Couldn’t sleep properly due to the noise. Rates were high compared to other same category Hotels. Breakfast was so so.

ok，but noisy.

浴室很臭，缺乏清潔，這是一次可怕的經歷。

Overpriced hotel with worst services they are least bothered about complaints and problems, staff is friendly but helpless in almost every problem putting blame on owners everytime. Adjoining areas and outside hotel is extremely crowded and dirty with smell coming in rooms

My recent stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The staff was friendly and accommodating and willing to help with any concerns. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I could need. The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Overall, the hotel provided a safe and secure family environment, with excellent hospitality and an amazing experience.

First time here. I had a comfortable experience. Customer Service 10/10. Mr Usman Reception Manager was exceptional. Due to his Loyalty my stay was and will remain rememorable. Without Mr M the Owner, this stay could not of happen. I will request everyone to experience this Hotel and Review also. I be definetly staying here again, next time with Family...

Awesome service. Polite. Informative . Always went the extra mile. Very affordable.

The staff was amazing, rooms were clean and had great airport service as well. Highly recommend this place.
