This is the last hotel I stayed during my first business trip in Nepal. It is clean and service very nice, the room is well cleaned and towels and bathroom vs beds blankets all are highly standard clean . I feel comfortable here and happy . 13th floor have a nice place to have dinner . Happy to eat food of China type . Fruits are good and fresh . Top floor 15th also beautiful scenery. Very deserve to come and highly recommended. I admire the manager Shristi Manandhar, she is really an amazing manger for the hotel. We like her. Care about customer feeling and focus on improving hotel experience. Good job

We reached Kathmandu late at night from Pokhara, and were hardly getting any room anywhere. We were group of 9 people so it was difficult to find 4 rooms empty in a single hotel. Luckily we reached near Lakhey hotel, while looking for a different hotel near Thamel. The hotel was closed so we had to knock on the door to check for any room availability. The security person there was very helpful and attentive. He let us sit inside the hotel without booking, as there was a kid in our group and it was chilly outside. The attendant during that time gave us the rooms at best price. We were really impressed with the room and hotel decor. We met the manager/owner next day and he was super helpful as well. He helped us plan our next 2 days in Kathmandu, so that we could cover the must see places. He went extra mile in giving us early breakfast on our checkout day. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near Thamel, but away from the noise and chaos, and want amazing hospitality.

訪訪客This was my 4 month old daughter’s first trip so nevertheless to say I was stressed but everyone made sure that they did everything to make our stay very very comfortable. Each day at the breakfast, the staff made sure we got a good table for our kid. Sajana always greeted our lil one with her name, other staff including Rohit, Rishma, Jhapad, Bikash ans Amisha went above their way to mlake sure everything was great. During the cocktails hours, Tara was amazing. In the lobby bar, subash was terrific. He even heated my food twice to make sure everything was to my taste. Cant wait to come back again

Swimming pool is totally disappointment. Better to shut down, than keep running and not swimmable, waist of energy. The water is dirty, no star at all.
The lobby, the room and Ghurka bar are still great.
2 power shutdowns in 1 day, I believe they are struggling with power shortages due to dark lounges.
Breakfast was so so, coffee or tea should be not a challenge to serve first, sometimes took half of meal before they come. Many Tables are not stable and aligned, egg can easily roll over to other side. Atleast 3 tables on my experience.
Room is comfortable, nice bed and always fresh linen. Only noisy from AC , maintenance team came twice on my room to fix, though transfer was offered on my last 2 days.
Managers should not standing in buffet line, either they should help the line staffs or directing the team, talking business in public is not of our guests concern.

A lot can be improved and polished, the hotel has a great potential, nice design, great facilities and great staffs. I wish that management should look all themselves and review those small details.
訪訪客Me with my friends reached hotel after bike ride on 20/05/24 at 3.00 AM. We are six person and book room as we are tired so much. The on time manager told us that the room will available in very short interval as the rooms are occupied by traveller they will check out soon. We are so tired and we waited till 4 AM but they just told us that room will available soon. My friends are not happy but I convinced that we have no other option so I book 2 room and paid advance of 2 rooms. After 4.30 AM we get 1 room so my friends go that room. The bathroom is unhygienic not cleaned the room is not cleaned and having bad smell. 4 of my friends sleep there. I waited till 6.00 AM but second room is not available we awake full night I told that situation but staff not listening to us and told me ”on behalf of mercy I give you room” at that point I am blanked and not live in the hotel but I already paid advance of 2 rooms. The I book one room online and go to reception for give me back that adavance. He refused to me and misbehaving me. In morning this is the situation of hotel that no good behaviour with customer. I am very frustrating and whatever he want give money and go to another hotel which I booked online. Please if any one reading this review don't go to book room.
