Ich kann nur das Restaurant bewerten, denn gewohnt haben wir woanders. Aber zum Essen ging es oft extra hierher. Ich mach es kurz: Essen ist richtig lecker, preislich top und der Service gut. Auf verschiedenen Terrassen auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen habt ihr nen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Tipp: Tukpa und fried Momos sind richtig gut. Aber probiert unbedingt auch das Dal Bhat!!

Wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und gestaltetes Hostel in toller Umgebung. Wir fanden als Familie hier sehr günstig auch saubere und schöne Doppelzimmer mit Bad. Highlight sicher das mehrgeschossige Dachterrassen-Restaurant mit fantastischem Blick über Kathmandu. Die Kinder hatten Spaß am Billiardtisch. Alle sind sehr freundlich, die Stimmung ist entspannt. Außerdem stellte uns der Hostel-Leiter ein gutes Reisepaket für Trekking und Safari zusammen, das überflüssige Gepäck konnten wir in der Zeit im Hostel lassen. Rundum zufrieden.

f were excellent, from the wonderfully kind woman who works on reception who went above and beyond for me on multiple occasions to the staff on the rooftop restaurant who were so friendly and welcoming. Room 10 was so lovely and great value for money. The roof top is the best place to hang out in Kathmandu, amazing vibes, view and serves great food. Excellent location, couldn’t be happier with my stay.

I been many hotels and restaurants around Kathmandu but I alway's prefer love to come here cause of beautiful view of city you can see from the roof of the hostel. you can enjoy as per your choice of local food and chilled beer with mix nationality all around the world with fresh air on roof top service was up to standard mr.ram always greet us with beautiful smile of welcoming which makes us frequently back to back to this beautiful hostel .

Yog is a fantastic place to be, tucked into the heart of Thamel, where all the travellers convene and get to know one another. Taking daily yoga classes each morning is a beautiful way to begin the day. The teacher is amazing, very accomodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I'm an American who's lived in Nepal for 25 years now and went to YOG for the first time just today. This is the real Doo. Not Freak Street of the '60s, but close enough :) Great Chicken Sizzlers and better prices. But it's the place and the people that make YOG great, and also makes me nostalgic for the good old hippie days of yore.

There are places that trig a smile in your face when you think about them. Yog hostel was my #1 stay in the hole trip. We got a verry nice room for a more than fare price. Hot shower, nice view, and a good couch to rest after our 15 day trip to EBC. Definatally will come again!!
