Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The hotel, bar area and neighborhood exceeded our expectations. The only negative we found was that the remote for the television was not very responsive, but that was a small inconvenience.

Stay was impeccable. Greeted at the front desk by three friendly staff members who gave us the run down and offered lots of help.
Had delicious craft cocktails at the bar, a fun dj experience and ate delicious breakfast at XR before checking out.
Will definitely return as the rooms were classy, spacious, and comfortable too!

It was close to the convention center. Staff was extremely polite. Room was spacious. I did not like that there was not any mini fridge or microwave in the room. Only one restaurant in hotel which had limited items. There were not any supermarkets, convenient stores, fast food restaurants near by either. Gym was good but there was not a POOL!!!

On Saturday night they had a dj in the lobby bar until 11pm. My interior facing room was blasted all night long. The sound really echoes in this large concrete atrium lobby; you can hear everyone walking and talking down there all night. If youre looking to sleep before a Sunday morning event, this is not the place. Also with no window to the outside, my interior room was miserably hot even with the furnace off.

We have stayed all over the US in some pretty nice hotels and premier destinations, we both agree that this was the BEST hotel we've experienced. Awesome food and atmosphere, a free PBR when we checked in, and really exceptional staff at all levels of the organization. Id add that the staff all seem to really enjoy working here.

The Hotel is gorgeous. It is such a cool property. It is an old warehouse that has been modernized. The location is spectacular. It is a five minute walk to Union Station and Crown Center. The rooms were so cool. Very modern looking. Staff was excellent. Highly recommend!
