When we were checking in to the Muckross Hotel, the Brochure for the Muckross stated that if you rent one of their suites you would receive a complimentary bottle of wine. I had purchased a suite thru *******. When I ask about our complimentary bottle of wine , I was informed that since I purchased the suite thru ******* I was not entitled to the complimentary bottle. I thought that was in poor taste of the Hotel. I room was lovely but dated. However, we had the best Duck at the restaurant ever..

Beautiful hotel with great service and food in the amazing Muckross National Park. Walk to Muckross Abby and on the fantastic Ring of Kerry.

Our room was quiet, spacious and airconditioned. Shower worked well.
Meals especially breakfast and the Yew Tree were excellent.
The spas and Vitalty centre were outstanding. Hot tub and Jacuzzi available all day without children.

The welcome crew were excellent, particularly Shane stood out as a star. Nice meal in the Yew Tree restaurant where there was a good wine list. We were fortunate to be given a free upgrade which made the stay even more agreeable.

The hotel was amazing, the suite was well kept and the cleaners seem to do a really good job at making sure it was clean and tidy, constantly making sure the room was how we wanted and even leaving chocolates each day...shout-out to them! We had a slight issue with room service which I didn’t actually raise with the hotel, but otherwise perfect stay, location and great breakfast! Most staff were great and I would definitely visit again.

Beautiful location and property. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Room was immaculate and close to everything in Killarney with quick access to Dingle and Ring of Kerry.

We were kindly given an upgrade to a larger room. The stay was for my mums birthday and there were welcome gifts in her room, which was lovely. The staff were exemplary, all very friendly and pleasant. Large bath and separate shower in the bathroom, with luxurious toiletries supplied.

Muckross Park Hotel was beautiful and the service provided by all the staff was friendly and top-notch. Our rooms were gorgeously appointed with large luxurious bathrooms and plenty of space. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner in the casual bar. Their custom cocktails wowed us, and everything was as relaxing as you could hope for. Will definitely stay again in the future.
